A narrative generator (3) is arranged for generating a narrative (14) describing at least part of the pathway (13) in a natural language. The narrative (14) generated by the narrative generator (3) describes an imaginary subject undergoing a similar procedure as the subject. A probability unit (4) is arranged for establishing a probability associated with an aspect of the pathway (13).
