    Abstract: To obtain feedback on image quality from qualified reviewers, an optically machine readable code (124) (e.g., a QR code or the like) is generated for each acquired medical image and embedded into the image. The embedded code includes information to the identity of the image, the imaging device, authorized reviewers, and authorized recipients of the feedback, as well as a link to a feedback form that can be retrieved by a communication device (38) used by an authorized user. When the embedded code is scanned by the communication device, the code is decoded and the feedback form is retrieved from a server, completed by the reviewer, and transmitted back to the authorized recipients of the feedback.

    Abstract: A method includes displaying an iconic image of the human body and a list of predetermined anatomical regions. The method further includes displaying, in response to a user selected anatomical region, a scan box over a sub-portion of the iconic image. The method further includes receiving an input indicative of at least one of a scan box location of interest or a scan box geometry of interest, with respect to the anatomical region, of the first user. The method further includes at least one of re-locating or changing a geometry of the first initial scan box, in response thereto, creating a first user defined scan box for the first user. The method further includes creating a first transformation between a first template image representative of the selected anatomical region and the iconic image with the first user defined scan box for the first user, and storing the first transformation.

    Abstract: A device (10) for editing an electronic medical record (EMR) is provided. The device includes a mobile device (12) including a touch-sensitive display (14), a communication link (16), and at least one electronic processor (18) programmed to cause the mobile device to perform an EMR data entry method. The method includes: displaying a medical document (20) on the touch-sensitive display: overlaying an EMR data entry fillable form (22) having user-editable fields (24) on the touch-sensitive display as a partially transparent overlay (26) superimposed on the displayed medical document; transferring text content (28) from the medical document into at least one of the user-editable fields of the overlaid EMR data entry fillable form; and after filling out the overlaid EMR data entry fillable form by operations including at least the transferring, uploading at least the content of the user-editable fields of the filled out EMR data entry fillable form to an EMR (32) via the wireless communication link.

    Abstract: Image processing apparatus 110 for processing a medical image, comprising an input 120 for obtaining the medical image 122 and medical data 124, the medical image constituting a field of view in three-dimensional [3D] patient data, and the medical data showing an anatomical context of a content of the field of view, an output 130 for providing an output image 160 comprising the medical image and a visualization of the medical data, the medical data constituting non-patient specific medical data, and the imaging processing apparatus further comprising a processor 140 for (i) performing an image alignment between the medical image and the medical data for obtaining a transformation providing a position of the content with respect to its anatomical context, and (ii) using the transformation for establishing a graphical representation of the field of view in the visualization of the medical data at said position.
