摘要: The present invention relates to an arithmetic decoding system and apparatus based on the adaptive content. The system includes a control unit, a decoding unit and an interface unit. The control unit fills the code stream data into the decoding unit and configures and controls the decoding unit through the interface unit. The decoding unit performs a decoding for all the syntax elements from the code stream data in the macro block, assembles the syntax elements and transmits them to the control unit. The interface unit transfers the interaction information between the decoding unit and the control unit. The present invention obtains syntax elements by the CABAC decoding through hardware so that the decoding efficiency is highly improved and the requirements for the video processing speed and the data processing capacity of the real-time and high definition applications are satisfied.

摘要: A CABAC decoding system includes at least a decoding unit group. Each decoding unit group includes N decoding units connected with each other. The Mth decoding unit receives parameter information for decoding bins and bit streams to be decoded, decodes the bins of the bit streams to be decoded, obtains the decoding result of the current decoding unit bin, and sends the updated parameter information to the (M+1)th decoding unit and an output unit. The CABAC decoding system achieves high decoding rate and keeps a reasonable cost of hardware resource, and thereby provides a high efficient and reasonable decoding solution.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a method and device for power control in non-adaptive retransmission. The solution thereof includes: when UE does not obtain a TPC adjustment value of a current HARQ process by parsing, determining a current power control mode; if the mode is an accumulation mode, determining whether the calculated sum of TPC adjustment values of each HARQ process is smaller than a given threshold, if yes, obtaining a transmission power by adding an increment adjustment value to a retransmission power, otherwise, calculating the transmission power of UE according to a formula in a protocol; if the mode is an absolute value mode, obtaining a transmission power by adding an increment adjustment value to a retransmission power. The solution can improve the SINR detected by an eNB and improve a retransmission success rate, thereby saving radio resources, facilitating utilization of radio resources and reduction of transmission delay, improving the throughput rate of an LTE system and improving the system performance.

摘要: The present invention discloses a urinal with a conductivity sensor, which includes the conductivity sensor arranged at the location where a reservoir of the urinal is curved and adapted to detect urine, a control unit (MCU), a power battery, and an electromagnetic valve adapted to control a discharge of water, wherein the conductivity sensor is adapted to detect a conductivity to determine whether urine is present. After the conductivity sensor detects presence of urine, the control unit opens the electromagnetic valve. The conductivity sensor includes electrodes dipped inside the location where the reservoir is curved to contact urine. The conductivity sensor further includes an anti-polarization-of-electrode circuit based upon the principle of an alternating power supply. Thus, the sensor can achieve more reliable sensing and a longer lifetime.
