    摘要： A vacuum type brake booster for a vehicle is capable of compensating for inadequacy of the force with which a driver steps on a brake pedal during emergency braking whereby a reaction force corresponding to the output of the booster is applied to the brake pedal. A good brake pedal operation feeling is thereby obtained in both the outward and return strokes of the brake pedal and during when the booster has been switched to normal braking and when it has been switched to emergency braking.

    摘要： An automatically operable negative pressure type booster can be applied for a front stage pressurizing function in a braking fluid pressure control apparatus with braking and steering control. The booster includes a housing, a movable wall dividing the housing interior into a front chamber and a rear chamber, a valve housing outputting a braking force to an output rod, an input member, and a control valve. The output rod can be divided into a first member and a second member. The booster further includes an auxiliary movable wall which can be engaged with the first member, a partition wall forming an auxiliary variable pressure chamber behind the auxiliary movable wall, and an electromagnetic valve unit selectively communicating the auxiliary variable pressure chamber with the front chamber or atmosphere. Further, a negative pressure type booster which is able to achieve the smooth flow of air from a space portion into a variable pressure chamber includes a housing, a movable wall, and a plate forming a space portion between the housing and the plate. An air passage retractable in the axial direction is disposed in a constant pressure chamber and communicates the space portion with a variable pressure chamber. An electromagnetic valve unit selectively communicates the variable pressure chamber with a negative pressure source or atmosphere through the space portion and the air passage. One end portion of the air passage is engaged in an airtight manner with only the plate member.

    摘要： A vacuum brake booster includes a housing provided with at least one pressure chamber, a movable wall dividing the pressure chamber into a front chamber connected to the vacuum source and a rear chamber selectively connected to the front chamber and atmospheric pressure, a power piston connected to the movable wall, an input member disposed in the power piston, and a valve mechanism. An output member outputs the forward movement force of the power piston by moving forwardly with forward movement of the power piston in response to the movement of the movable wall. An auxiliary movable wall is disposed in the front chamber and is movable in the forward and rearward directions. The auxiliary movable wall moves the output member through engagement with the output member. A partition member is disposed in the front chamber and defines an auxiliary chamber in the front chamber with the auxiliary movable wall. The rear chamber and the auxiliary chamber are adapted to be connected with each other.
