    摘要: The present invention provides a dual-rate brake vacuum booster including a control valve body, a rubber reaction plate and a reaction rod, the rubber reaction plate being clamped between an end face of the control valve body and a base plate of the reaction rod, wherein accommodating spaces for accommodating an expansion deformation of the rubber reaction plate are respectively provided between a periphery of an end portion on one side of the rubber reaction plate and a periphery of the end face of the control valve body, and between a periphery of an end portion on the other side of the rubber reaction plate and the base plate of the reaction rod. The dual-rate brake vacuum booster prolongs the service life of the rubber reaction plate and can realize the dual-rate braking without using an additional element, thereby resulting in easy processing, simple structure and reduced cost.

    摘要: The invention relates to a brake booster intended to transmit handbrake commands. This booster essentially comprises a plunger (3) able to move axially under the command of the control rod (1). An enclosure (2) contains a working chamber (21) and a vacuum chamber (20) which are separated by a wall (22) able to move axially under the effect of the plunger (3) and/or of a difference in pressure between the vacuum chamber and the working chamber. A three-way valve (4) controlled by the plunger (3) allows the working chamber (21) to be connected either to the vacuum chamber or to atmospheric air. Finally, a bearing piece (17) controlled by the moving wall (22) allows the control rod (1) to be driven along.

    摘要: In the negative pressure booster, when in operation, a reaction disc (35) deflects due to the reaction from an output shaft (34) and pushes a pin (28) backward, and the pin (28) pushes a vacuum valve seat member (21) backward via an arm (25). Thereafter, the vacuum valve seat member (21) pushes up a valve body (15) backward via a vacuum valve portion (17), and an atmosphere valve portion (16) moves backward relative to a valve body (4). The stroke of an input shaft (11) is shortened by an amount an atmosphere valve (20) and a vacuum valve (23) have moved backward. As the valve body (15) is pushed up backward, further, a balance position for the atmosphere valve (20) and the vacuum valve (23) shifts backward depending upon the output (input). Therefore, the stroke of the input member is shortened at the time of producing a large output.

    摘要: A negative pressure type booster includes a power piston, a slide valve, and a holding mechanism, among others, and assists a driver during emergency braking. The holding mechanism is adapted to hold the slide valve at a predetermined frontward position, and includes a latch member that is mounted to the power piston in such a manner as to be linearly movable in a radial direction, and a garter spring for biasing the latch member radially inward. The latch member has a hook that can be engaged with and disengaged from a hook provided on the slide valve. When a plunger moves frontward relative to the power piston by a quantity greater than a predetermined value, a push slope provided on the plunger pushes a passive slope provided on the latch member radially outward, whereby the hook of the latch member is disengaged from the hook of the slide valve.
