    摘要: A pneumatic brake booster for motor vehicles, comprises a booster housing, the interior of which is separated into a working chamber and a low-pressure chamber by an axially movable wall that can be supplied with a pneumatic differential pressure; a control housing; and a control valve which controls a differential pressure between the working chamber and the low-pressure chamber. The control valve controls an airflow between the working chamber and the low-pressure chamber or a surrounding atmosphere. The control valve has a plate valve and a valve piston, a seal region of which can be sealingly placed on the plate valve and which can be moved in a stroke direction R. A fine and low-noise metering of the brake force is achieved by providing a throttle point between the valve piston and the plate valve for throttling the airflow dependent on the stroke.

The guide portion is provided with a communication portion through which a negative pressure chamber side space exposed by the front surface of the sealing portion communicates with the negative pressure chamber, even in a state in which the guide portion abuts against the annular flange portion.

    摘要: A motor-pump unit, for providing pressure for a brake actuating device having a pneumatic brake booster including a pump and an electric motor driving the pump, the pump being a dual diaphragm pump having two opposed working diaphragms, each of which is clamped between a pump casing and a working chamber cover and delimits a working chamber, and moveable by a crank drive having connecting rods and bearings, the working diaphragm connected firmly to a tappet and, together with the connecting rod, in each case forming a diaphragm unit. In order to provide a low-noise motor-pump unit which is more cost-effective and requires reduced expenditure on assembly, the connecting rods are made of plastic, wherein in each case one tappet and one bearing are encapsulated with the material of the connecting rod. Alternatively, the connecting rods can be formed in one piece with the tappet and provided as sintered components.

    摘要: The invention relates to a tandem pneumatic brake booster (1) for a vehicle. The objective is to prevent a blocking of a booster thrust rod (4) in the maximum travel position. The blocking appears following a sealed adhesion of a first plate skirt (12) on a seal (22) of the tandem booster. This seal blocks a vacuum in a first front chamber (5). To prevent this blocking, provision is made to crenelate a first lip (23) pressed against the pneumatic piston (3) of a seal. Merlons prevent a sealed adhesion of the plate skirt (12) over the whole seal (22). This absence of adhesion creates a leakage of air to the first front chamber (5) and allows a return to a rest position.

    摘要: A pneumatic brake booster comprising an envelope of longitudinal axis formed of a dish having a rim and a lid. The envelope defines an interior volume that is divided into a variable-pressure work chamber and a low-pressure chamber by a skirt. The skirt is mounted to sealingly slide along the longitudinal axis of the envelope. The skirt has a central orifice with a pneumatic piston sealingly mounted therein. The sealing between the variable-pressure work chamber and the low-pressure chamber is achieved by a first sealing member arranged between a radially internal first end of the skid and a radially external end of the piston and a second sealing member arranged at a radially external second end of the skid and an internal surface of the rim. The skid provides sealing between the radially external first end of the skirt and the radially internal second end of the skirt.

The sliding seal is mounted on an outer periphery of a seal support flange extending radially outward from the power piston. A convoluted divider provides an air passage connecting primary and secondary high pressure cavities in the booster, without the use of air tubes.

The output rod 10 includes an auxiliary movable wall 17 which is provided within the constant pressure chamber 4 in such a manner that it can be moved by a given amount and also which can be engaged with the second output rod 102, a diaphragm 18 which is engaged with the auxiliary movable wall 17 in order to form an auxiliary variable pressure chamber 19 between the auxiliary movable wall 17 and itself, and communication chamber switching device which allows the auxiliary variable pressure chamber 19 to communicate selectively with either the constant pressure chamber 4 or the atmosphere.

    摘要: A vacuum servo unit includes a movable power piston having a base portion and a cylindrical portion whose output side end portion is connected to the input side end portion of the base portion. The base portion has an annular first projection projecting into the inside of the cylindrical portion and a second projection projecting into the inside of the cylindrical portion. the second projection divides the space surrounded by the annular first projection into a first space and a second space. A vacuum path communicates the constant pressure chamber with the first space, and an air path communicates the variable pressure chamber with the second path. Thus, the area of the cross-section of the second space in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the movable power piston can be enlarged so that atmospheric air can smoothly flow into the variable pressure chamber.
