The present invention provides a pneumatic tire by which workability when molding a tire and tire durability performance can be enhanced without increasing tire weight when providing a reinforcing layer formed by aligning a plurality of monofilament steel wires and embedding this plurality of monofilament steel wires in rubber. The pneumatic tire of the present invention includes a reinforcing layer formed by aligning a plurality of monofilament steel wires and embedding said monofilament steel wires in rubber. Each of the monofilament steel wires is provided with twisting around an axis thereof, and a wire surface twisting angle θ with respect to an axial direction of the monofilament steel wires is not less than 1°.
Abstract:
A pneumatic tire for a passenger car includes a belt layer and a belt cover layer formed by winding a steel cord member in the tire circumference direction on the outer peripheral side of the belt layer. The steel cord member has a structure in which element wires made of steel and having a diameter smaller than 0.18 mm are twisted together to form each strand and the strands are twisted together in the same direction as the direction of twisting of the element wires. The twist pitch on each of the strands is smaller than the twist pitch on the steel cord member, the twist pitch on the strand is 1.0 mm to 2.1 mm, and the twist pitch on the steel cord member is 2.0 mm to 5.25 mm.

[Problems] To provide a novel use of multipotential stem cells originating in a fat tissue.[Means for Solving Problems] It is intended to provide a cell preparation which contains multipotential stem cells originating in a fat tissue and is usable for an ischemic disease, impairment of renal function, wound, urinary incontinence or osteoporosis. As the multipotential stem cells originating in a fat tissue, use is made of cells which proliferate in the case of centrifuging cells separated from a fat tissue and culturing the thus sedimented cells (an SVF fraction) under low-serum conditions. In an embodiment, a cell preparation containing the SVF fraction is provided.
