摘要: A medical valve includes: (a) a housing having a hollow body opened at the top end, wherein the tip of a male luer is to be removably inserted in the housing; (b) a spike disposed to extend longitudinally in the housing, the spike except at least the top end portion being formed in an approximately tapered shape in which its outside diameter becomes progressively smaller toward the top end portion, wherein a fluid transferring passage, which is opened radially outwardly, is formed to extend longitudinally in the spike; and (c) an elastic seal having an elastically deformable tubular shape fitted on the spike to seal the spike, the elastic seal including a top end portion having an openable/closable portion to be openably closed over the spike, wherein the elastic seal is elastically deformed to be downwardly shrunk by downward pressure due to the tip of the male luer.

摘要: A medical connector of improved configuration. Annular grooves are formed in both inner and outer surfaces of an outer peripheral portion of an elastic valve element to form an annular constricted section. An outer peripheral side from the constricted section is made to serve as an annular fixation section. A valve receiving seat is formed at an inner peripheral edge of an aperture portion in a housing, and an annular ring is fixed to the aperture portion to sandwich and support the annular fixation section between the valve receiving seat and the annular ring. Engaging projections formed on mutually facing surfaces of the valve receiving seat and the annular ring are engaged with the annular grooves, and either the engaging projection and/or the engaging projection is divided in a circumferential direction to have a plurality of projection-divisions.

摘要: A liquid medicine self-administration device including a flexible reservoir, an operating member, a pushing member to move with respect to the operating member and to induce pressure deformation of the reservoir, and engaging means engages the operating member. With the operating member engaged by the engaging means, the pushing member is relatively moved to the operating member based on restoring force of a spring member to push the reservoir by the pushing member. By disengaging means moving in unison with the pushing member, the engaging means is released from an engaged state with respect to the operating member, when the pushing member has moved to a predetermined location while pushing the reservoir.

摘要: A multi lumen catheter including an inner tube having a front tip, an outer tube, a tube or lumen for inserting a guide wire, a blood extraction lumen and a blood return lumen which are formed in the outer tube and inner tube, respectively, or both in the outer tube, wherein the inner tube is inserted in the outer tube, and allowed to slide relative thereto, and the front tip is jointed to the front end of the outer tube to shut off communication of the lumens with the exterior. A multi-lumen catheter with balloon includes a balloon provided on a tabular body at a front end thereof, a blood return port and a blood extraction port provided in the tubular body on opposite sides of the balloon, and an outer cylinder slidable on the tubular body to close the blood extraction and blood return ports and the balloon.

摘要: A multi-stage type flow rate switching device is provided which simplifies switching of flow paths and which rarely causes erroneous operation. The multi-stage type flow rate switching device includes a constant flow rate path 2 and a variable flow rate path 3 arranged in parallel between a liquid medicine flow inlet port 1 and a liquid medicine flow outlet port 4 where the variable flow rate path 3 can change the flow rate by means of a three-way stopcock 33. Although the flow rate can be switched in four stages when one variable flow rate path 3 is arranged as shown by FIG. 1, the flow rate can be switched in further multi-stages by providing two or more of the variable flow rate paths 3.

摘要: A three-way stopcock and a flow rate control device having a flow rate control unit for controlling the flow rate by flow resistances of flow rate control tubes. The three-way stopcock includes a plug portion in a cylindrical shape having a liquid path in a T-like shape, a cylindrical portion having two flow inlet ports and one flow outlet port, into which the plug portion can be inserted rotatably and in a liquid tight fit, and a switch lever capable of attachably and detachably engaging with the plug portion, wherein when the liquid path of the plug portion communicates with the flow outlet portion of the cylindrical portion by rotation of the plug portion by the switching lever, the liquid path of the plug portion communicates with at least one of the two flow inlet ports of the cylindrical portion.

The indwelling needle assembly has an inner needle, an inner needle hub, an outer needle, an outer needle hub, and a protector for protecting the needle point of the inner needle arranged on the outer periphery of the inner needle so as to be slidable in the axial direction.
