    摘要: Disclosed is an automatic seatbelt apparatus which is capable of automatically applying, or canceling the application of, a webbing around an occupant of a vehicle, wherein a limit switch for detecting that a slider, which guides the webbing along a guide rail between a stopping position on the forward side and a stopping position on the rearward side of the vehicle, has arrived at the stopping position on the forward side of the vehicle is disposed in such a manner as not to hamper any further movement of the slider toward the front of the vehicle. Accordingly, the stopping position of the slider on the rearward side of the vehicle can be changed regardless of the stopping position at which the slider is located.

    摘要: A tension apparatus for tensing a webbing of a seatbelt system for a vehicle in an emergency situation of the vehicle, thereby allowing the webbing to be tightly fitted to the occupant's body. When an emergency situation of the vehicle occurs, a relatively large spiral spring for rotating a webbing take-up shaft with a relatively strong force so that the webbing is wound up is connected to a worm wheel. A worm which is subjected to a force for winding up the large spiral spring is movable between a position at which it is engaged with the worm wheel and a position at which it is separated therefrom. Accordingly, the worm is engaged with the worm wheel only when the large spiral spring is to be wound up, and there is no risk of the worm obstructing the operation of the large spiral spring at the time of an emergency situation of the vehicle.

When assembled, due to a positional relationship which is such that insert-in portions are formed between a tubular portion of a lock base and a spool shaft, grooves are formed at the tubular portion and a portion of the spool shaft. An elastically deformable terminal end portion is formed at a stopper which is press-fit into an insert-in hole. In a state in which the stopper also is installed, not only press-in load in a thrusting direction, but also press-in load in a radial direction is applied between the lock base and a spool such that a structure is fixed.

    摘要: In the present pretensioner, press contact portions are formed further to a side of an open end of a packing housing section than central portions of opposing faces along a depth direction of the packing housing section. Accordingly, when a packing is being fitted into the packing housing section, no great resistance is imparted to a curved face side of the packing from a press contact wall of a housing section body and the opposing face, and the packing is fitted comparatively smoothly therein. Consequently, even when fitting the packing into the packing housing section, a packing main body is largely resilient-deformed, such that a large collapse in a through hole can be prevented, and the sealing ability of the seal due to deformation of the packing main body can be effectively enhanced.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a cover mounting structure for a webbing retractor. This structure relates to a mounting structure of a cover mount and a cover which hold a power spring used for taking up a webbing. By inserting a claw of the cover into an engagement hole portion of the cover mount, a claw on a folded member in which the engagement hole portion is formed enters into a hole portion of the engagement portion, so that the engagement portion is anchored by the claw. That is, the cover can easily be fixed onto the cover mount. Moreover, the engagement portion has elasticity and is constantly urged in the direction of withdrawal by the restoring force, so that the cover does not generate strange sounds.
