摘要： A pretensioner comprising a gas generating unit; a pretensioner body to whose inside the gas is supplied; a spool driving member disposed inside the pretensioner body and causing a spool to rotate to retract webbing onto the spool; a gas flow rate adjusting portion disposed in the spool driving member and whose inner peripheral shape is set in accordance with a flow rate of the gas to be passed through the gas flow rate adjusting portion; and a filter unit having a vent portion that is communicated with a space between the gas generating unit and the spool driving member and is also communicated with the gas flow rate adjusting portion. The open shape of the gas flow rate adjusting portion has a portion that does not coincide in a plan view with the open shape of the vent portion, and the overall open area of the vent portion is set larger than the open area of the gas flow rate adjusting portion.

摘要： When disassembling after a gas being supplied into a tube member, the gas in the tube member is discharged before the tube member and a moving member become separable. In a webbing take-up device, a cover plate cannot be removed from a frame and thereafter a cylinder and a piston inside the cylinder cannot be separated before covering of a fixing screw with a covering section of a plate being released by removing a screw from an exhaust port of the cylinder and by removing the plate from the cylinder. Thus, after a high-pressure gas being supplied into the cylinder, the high-pressure gas inside the cylinder can surely be discharged by removing the plate from the cylinder and the exhaust port is opened by the screw before the cylinder and the piston being separated.

摘要： A gear mechanism and webbing retractor having a compact size in which a pinion is prevented from being damaged when a large initial driving force is applied from a gear. When a sensor detects an emergent deceleration of a vehicle, a piston driving device is actuated so as to move a rack at its standby position in a direction to a pinion. When the rack is located at the standby position, a tooth face on a side near a front end, of a front end tooth thereof is in contact with a pressure receiving surface of the initially driving member. The rack is moved along a pitch line in the direction to the pinion so that the front end tooth presses the pressure receiving surface. As a result, the initially driving member converts the initial driving force from the rack to a rotation force thereby rotating the pinion in the taking-up direction.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to obtain an acceleration sensor that can reliably detect acceleration when inclination of an inclining member is within a fixed range, and that can reduce unnecessary movement of relevant members when inclination of the inclining member is outside of the range, so that space efficiency in an inner portion is high. In the present invention, a gear of a fixed gear fixed at a seat cushion is formed in only a portion in the circumferential direction, and a portion at which the gear is not formed is a sliding surface. One of teeth among a plurality of teeth of a pinion of a revolving gear is short, to form a notched tooth portion. In a state in which the forward-collapsed angle of a seatback exceeds a predetermined angle, the notched tooth portion faces the sliding surface and the revolving gear body no longer rotates. At this time, since a bracket at which a sensor ball is mounted also does not rotate, the bracket is held at a fixed position relative to a frame plate. Accordingly, a space formed in frame plates in consideration of rotation of the bracket does not need to be large, and space efficiency is high.

The intra-groove groove includes a wide groove portion in which a groove width of the intra-groove groove in tread-width-direction is a predetermined width; and a narrow groove portion which is continuous with the wide groove portion and which has a narrower width than the predetermined width. The wide groove portion and the narrow groove portion are alternately provided in tire-circumferential-direction.

摘要： A waterproof case for housing an electronic component includes a case member that has a plurality of breathing holes, and a breathable waterproof filter fitted to the case member at a position corresponding to the breathing holes to cover the breathing holes. For example, open surfaces of at least two of the breathing holes, opened outside of the case member, can be made to face in different directions. Furthermore, the breathing hole has an open area on a side of the breathable waterproof filter, which is larger than an open area of the breathing hole on a side opposite to the breathable waterproof filter, in the case member. Accordingly, the waterproof case enhances waterproofness while circulating air between the inside and the outside of the waterproof case.

A hinge mechanism is located between the rotor and the swash plate. The hinge mechanism rotates the swash plate integrally with the rotor and guides the pivoting and the sliding motion of the swash plate. The hinge mechanism includes a swing arm, which extends from the swash plate. The swash plate is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy material. The swing arm is separate from the swash plate and is made of iron-based metal material. Therefore, while the swash plate is light, the hinge mechanism is strong.

摘要： A computer system having a hibernation-type resume function which is performed by using an HDD. Provided on the hard disk of the HDD are storage area for storing ordinary data. Also provided on the hard disk is a resume storage area which is large enough to save resume data required to perform a resume operation. The resume storage area is controlled by a BIOS provided for performing the resume operation, not by the operating system (OS) of the computer system. The BIOS accesses the resume storage area when the power supply to the system is switched off, thereby saving the resume data in a resume data memory.
