摘要: A system in which content usage conditions can be upgraded without the need for a service provider to control content-usage rights of a user. In the system in which encrypted content is distributed and is allowed to be utilized only by authorized users, the service provider receives a content usage-right certificate from the user, and on the condition that it is determined that data is not tampered with by verifying a digital signature of an issuing entity of the content usage-right certificate, the service provider obtains user information and content purchase information of the user from the content usage-right certificate, and performs upgrade processing by, for example, changing the usage conditions. It is thus possible to change the content usage conditions without the need for the service provider to possess usage control data.

The polymer or copolymer is obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene or copolymerizing the conjugated diene with at least one kind of other conjugated diene and an aromatic vinyl compound with use of a lithium initiator, and then reacting an isocyanate compound with active terminals of the thus obtained polymer or copolymer. The conjugated diene is butadiene or isoprene, while other conjugated diene is selected from pentadiene, 2,3-dimethylbutadiene as well as isoprene and butadiene, and an aromatic vinyl compound may be styrene, vinyltoluene, .alpha.-methylstyrene, etc. The rubber composition is applicable as tread portion, carcass, side wall portion of tires, vibration resistant rubber, window frame, hose, and various industrial articles.

摘要: The present invention provides a lens driving apparatus which can prevent a lens barrel from increasing its size and cost while making it possible to detect the position of a movable lens group. A first lens group, a second lens group, and a third lens group are disposed along an optical axis, among which the second lens group is a movable lens group movable along the optical axis. A second lens frame holding the second lens group is formed with a detection plate having a predetermined width in the direction of optical axis. A detector detects passages of both end portions of the detection plate, whereby the position of the second lens group can be detected.

摘要: The present invention provides a lens driving apparatus which can accurately detect the position of a movable lens group while preventing the apparatus from increasing in size and cost by using a simple position detecting sensor. A first lens group, a second lens group, and a third lens group are disposed along an optical axis, among which the second lens group is a movable lens group and is movable along the optical axis. The second lens group is movable at two or more different speeds. When the second lens group passes a reference position, it is moved at a speed which is not the highest of the different speeds. As a consequence, the position of the second lens group can be detected accurately.

摘要: The present invention provides a lens barrel which can carry out barrier opening/closing operations and lens moving operations of an optical lens system by use of a single driving source, and can adjust the focus without any obstruction even in a state allowing the baffler to open/close. A state capable of transmitting a driving force to a barrier opening/closing mechanism is attained when collapsing a lens barrel to a predetermined extent or more, and a state incapable of transmitting the driving force to the barrier opening/closing mechanism is attained when the lens barrel is extended to a predetermined extent or more, whereby a single motor can carry out baffler opening/closing operations and lens moving operations of a lens is optical system.

摘要: A butadiene-based rubber composition is disclosed, which contains not less than 20% by weight of a butadiene-based homopolymer or copolymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not less than -105.degree. C., but less than -70.degree. C. and a Mooney viscosity (ML.sub.1+4, 100.degree. C.) of 10 to 150. The butadiene-based homopolymer or copolymer is obtained by polymerizing butadiene or random-copolymerizing butadiene with at least one kind of a monomer selected from the group consisting of another conjugated diene and an aromatic vinyl compound, and then reacting polymerization-active terminals thereof with an isocyanate compound and/or an isothiocyanate compound. The butadiene-based rubber composition has excellent resilience, fracture strength, and wear resistance as a vulcanizate as well as excellent processability as an unvulcanized rubber, and can be used as tire applications such as tire treads, undertreads, sidewalls, bead portions, etc. as well as vibration insulating rubber, hoses, belts and other industrial articles.

摘要: A privilege management system enabling effective privilege management, such as confirmation processing of service receiving privileges and so forth, is realized. A group attribute certificate which has, as stored information, group identification information corresponding to a group which is a set of certain devices or certain users, and also has affixed an electronic signature of an issuer, is issued to a service reception entity, and verification is performed by means of signature verification for of the group attribute certificate presented from the user device regarding whether or not there has been tampering, screening is performed regarding whether or not this is a service-permitted group based on group identification information stored in the group attribute certificate by using a group information database, and determination is made regarding whether or not service can be provided, based on the screening. Centralized privilege confirmation corresponding to various user sets or device sets can be made, so management of individual privilege information can be omitted, thereby enabling effective privilege management.

摘要: The present invention provides a camera which can release creep of a moving member, preventing the moving member disposed within the camera from breaking due to creeping. The camera includes a barrier base rotating in response to the driving force of a motor so as to open/close a barrier upon rotation, and a stopper for restricting the moving area of the barrier base. When opening/closing the barrier, the barrier base is rotated until it abuts against the stopper, and then is rotated in reverse so as to be separated from the stopper. As a consequence, the barrier plate can be prevented from breaking upon creeping when pressed by the stopper for a long time.
