    摘要: An optical pulse waveform shaper capable of providing an optical pulse waveform of a desired intensity distribution with little loss. The optical pulse beam split by a beam splitter is directed into the beam splitter with a phase difference to combine with the transmitted optical pulse beam. The phase difference is controllable. The optical pulse waveform shaper is applicable between a laser oscillator with different exciting conditions and an amplifier.

    摘要: A metallic vapor laser apparatus comprises a discharge tube, a first pulse circuit (200) for generating a first pulse voltage for causing laser oscillation and a second pulse conduit (16) disposed separately from the first pulse circuit and generating a second pulse voltage delayed from the generation of the first pulse voltage by a predetermined time. The metallic vapor laser apparatus is constructed such that, after the first pulse voltage is applied to the discharge tube, the second pulse voltage is applied to the discharge tube and an output voltage of the second pulse circuit (16) is less than an output voltage of the first pulse circuit (200).

    摘要: A pulse generator circuit which comprises a power supply source for outputting a high voltage signal. A first capacitor is charged with the high voltage signal output by the power supply source. A load device is supplied with the high voltage signal charged in the first capacitor. A semiconductor switch together with the first capacitor and the load constitute a closed loop. A first diode is inserted between the power supply source and the closed loop. A second diode is inserted in a closed loop and operates to suppress electrical vibrations. A second diode may have an opposite polarity to that of the first diode. A snubber circuit may also be inserted in parallel across the second diode.

    摘要: In a power conversion apparatus that converts AC power to DC power, an inverter circuit including one or more single-phase inverters connected in series with each other is connected in series at the subsequent stage of a rectification of an AC input. At the subsequent stage of the inverter circuit, a smoothing capacitor connected via a rectification diode, and a short-circuiting switch for bypassing the smoothing capacitor are provided. The short-circuiting switch is subjected to ON/OFF control by PWM control such that a voltage of the DC voltage supply of the inverter circuit follows a target voltage. The inverter circuit is subjected to output control such that a DC voltage of the smoothing capacitor follows a target voltage and an input power factor is improved.
