    摘要: A high precision image recording apparatus includes an electrophotographic device having at least a photosensitive drum and an exposure unit, for forming a toner image on the surface of the photosensitive drum; a recording sheet feed/transport unit for feeding and transporting a recording sheet to which the toner image formed on the surface of the photosensitive drum is transferred; a transfer unit for transferring the toner image on the photosensitive drum to the recording sheet fed and transported by the recording sheet feed/transport unit; and a drive unit for driving the photosensitive drum and recording sheet feed/transport unit. The drive unit is provided with a motor coupled to the photosensitive drum via a rotation transmission mechanism having a speed reduction ratio of 1/integer number (inclusive of 1/1), and the exposure unit is provided with a recording start position control unit for starting recording image information from a predetermined reference position on the photosensitive drum.

    摘要: An arm head of a windshield wiper device is provided on a backside thereof with an undulated groove formed by sidewalls. The sidewalls have plural hill portions protruding in opposite directions alternately in a width direction of the arm head so as to be opposed to one another in a longitudinal direction thereof. Tops of the hill portions on one width side of the arm head are integrally provided at upper surfaces thereof with projections extending perpendicularly to a depth direction of the groove to overhang the groove. A hose for delivering washer liquid to a washer nozzle is accommodated in the groove and firmly held by the hill portions and the projections without using an extra part such as a clip.

    摘要: A multi-dimensional bending method and apparatus are disclosed, wherein the entire length of the product is divided into a plurality of imaginary segments which are identified by detecting the continuously supplied length of an elongate material. This material is bent multi-dimensionally by a bending device including horizontal and vertical bending mechanisms and an axial twisting mechanism having the respective actuators arranged remote from the movable elements of the mechanisms, and individually actuated in response to the detected supplied length of the material. Multi-dimensionally bent, continuously supplied material is cut into the length of the product by means of a cutting device also actuated in response to the detected supplied length of the material, and includes fixed and movable blade members which, during the cutting operation, and movable also in the direction in which the material is supplied. The cutting operation is effected without requiring an interruption of the continuous supply of the material.

    摘要: A vehicular lock device comprises a main latch engageable with a main striker and rotatable, a main ratchet engageable with the main latch in order to keep an engagement relation between the main latch and the main striker, a subsidiary latch adapted to engage with a subsidiary striker and rotate, a subsidiary ratchet adapted to engage with the subsidiary latch in order to sustain an engagement relation of the subsidiary latch with the subsidiary striker, and a rotation lever engageable with the main latch and rotatable correspondingly to rotation of the main latch. Both the latches, both the ratchets, and the rotation lever, respectively are journalled rotatably to the same body of the lock device. When the latch engages with the main striker and the former rotates, the rotation lever rotates so as to make the subsidiary ratchet released from the subsidiary latch. When the subsidiary latch engages with the subsidiary striker, the subsidiary latch rotates the main ratchet so as to make it disengaged from the main latch.

    摘要: A multi-dimensional bending apparatus is disclosed, wherein the entire length of the product is divided into a plurality of imaginary segments which are identified by detecting the continuously supplied length of an elongate material. The material is bent multi-directionally by a bending device including horizontal and vertical bending mechanisms and an axial twisting mechanism, which are individually actuated in response to the detected supplied length of the material. Multi-dimensionally bent, continuously supplied material is cut into the length of the product by means of a cutting device also actuated in response to the detected supplied length of the material, the cutting device including fixed and movable blade members which, during the cutting operation, are movable also in the direction in which the material is supplied. The movable blade member is formed with a slit with a side aperture through which the bent material having a lateral deflection moves out of the slit, permitting the return motion of the movable blade member. The cutting operation is effected without requiring an interruption of the continuous supply of the material.
