    摘要: An oxygen absorption composition without requiring moisture in oxygen absorption which comprises an oxygen absorbent comprising, as a principal component, an oligomer in liquid form having an unsaturated group, a number-average molecular weight in the range of 150 to 4,000 and a viscosity in the range of 100 to 4,000 cP such as butadiene oligomer in liquid form and an oxygen absorption-accelerating substance, being supported on a carrier; and an other gas absorbent. The principal component may be replaced with an oligomer in liquid form having an unsaturated group and being incorporated with an oxygen-unabsorptive diluent to adjust the viscosity of the mixture to 10 to 4,000 cP. The composition is enhanced in oxygen absorption capability in every preservation atmosphere from a low humidity to an intermediate and high humidity, easily producible, minimized in gas generation after oxygen absorption and almost free from odor.

    摘要: There is disclosed herein an oxygen absorbent composition comprising an organic oxygen absorbent (A) which neither absorbs nor releases moisture and in which an oxidizable main component is supported on a porous silicate having an average pore diameter of 200 to 5,000 .ANG., and a formaldehyde absorbent (B) which neither absorbs nor releases moisture and is at least one of an amine, a thiol and a sulfonic acid that is supported on a porous carrier. According to this invention cultural assets made of organic materials which are required to be kept in a medial humidity atmosphere can be preserved in an atmosphere of a medial humidity, a low oxygen concentration and a low formaldehyde concentration by the use of the disclosed oxygen absorbent composition.

    摘要: A vacuum heat insulator comprising an oxygen absorbent which does not require water to absorb oxygen, a dehydrating agent and an acidic gas absorbent. In a preferred embodiment, the oxygen absorbent comprises (i) at least one of an unsaturated fatty acid compound and a chain hydrocarbon polymer having an unsaturated group as a main component, and (ii) an oxygen absorbent accelerator. When arranged in a vacuum container or vacuum package, the vacuum heat insulator absorbs oxygen, water and acidic gases which permeate the vacuum container or package or which are generated within the vacuum container or package, to thereby maintain the degree of vacuum and good thermal insulating properties.
