    摘要： An apparatus and method for generating numerical control information for numerically controlling machine tools. Contents of corrective editing or correction to numerical control information by a processing operator is written and stored in a processing method database as processing knowledge of the processing engineer. When a programmer generates new numerical control information, a suitable processing method can be used from the processing method database. The knowledge included processing conditions by the processing operator. The information in the processing method database is updated at each and every processing.

    摘要： In the present invention, for an NC program for controlling a machine tool, information for machining quality required by a machine tool is prewritten in the program. A measurement program for measuring the machining quality of the workpiece using a measuring machine is produced by analyzing the NC program. The machining quality of the workpiece is measured by the measurement program and the measuring machine. The machining quality of the workpiece can be judged by comparing the measurement results and the machining quality information included in the NC program. By utilizing this quality judgement, simple and effective system control can be achieved when a system such as CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) is constructed in cooperation with other machine tools.

A laser beam is emitted from a reference position beam generator installed on a fixed base in the movement direction of the slider. The slider is provided with a beam passing position detector, which detects a deviation on YZ planes of the laser beam. In order to properly detect the irradiation direction of the laser beam, the fixed base is equipped with a movement end beam position detector.

    摘要： The present invention is a silver alloy suitable for use in a probe pin made of an Ag—Cu alloy, wherein the silver alloy comprises 30 to 50% by weight of Cu and Ag as balance. This silver alloy further comprises 2 to 10% by weight of Ni to further improve strength. A probe pin made of these materials has stable contact resistance even under low contact pressure. The probe pin has excellent strength and antifouling property to adhesion of a foreign matter from a contact object due to repetitive use. Thereby, the probe pin usable in a stable manner for a long period of time can be obtained.
