摘要: A copper-based alloy casting includes 69 to 88% of Cu, 2 to 5% of Si, 0.0005 to 0.04% of Zr, 0.01 to 0.25% of P by mass, and a remainder including Zn and inevitable impurities, and satisfies 60≤Cu−3.5×Si−3×P≤71. Further, mean grain size after melt-solidification is 100 μm or less, and α, κ and γ-phases occupy more than 80% of phase structure. Furthermore, the copper-based alloy casting according to the invention can further include at least one element selected from a group consisting of 0.001 to 0.2% of Mg, 0.003 to 0.1% of B, 0.0002 to 0.01% of C, 0.001 to 0.2% of Ti and 0.01 to 0.3% of rare earth element.

The lithium ion secondary battery according to the present invention has a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, in which the negative electrode contains a negative electrode active material containing silicon, the hardness of the negative electrode active material is 10 GPa or more and 20 GPa or less, and the separator has a constitution in which a resin layer and a porous layer are laminated, the thickness of the porous layer is 2 μm or more and 10 μm or less when the thickness of the resin layer is 25 μm or more and 30 μm or less, and the thickness of the porous layer is 5 μm or more and 20 μm or less when the thickness of the resin layer is 15 μm or more but less than 25 μm.

Each metal trace T has an atomic percentage of less than 3.00% of the total alloy, from among Nb, V, Mo, Ta, W, Fe, Co, Ni, Ru, Rh, Ir, Au, Pt, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ag, Al, B, Si, Ge, Sn, Sb, and In. The alloy contains at least 0.05% of boron, and contains at least 50% by mass of palladium.

摘要: The embodiments provide a high-performance permanent magnet. The permanent magnet includes a sintered body having a composition expressed by a composition formula RpFeqMrCutCo100-p-q-r-t, with carbon in a range from 50 mass ppm to 1500 mass ppm. The sintered body also includes a metallic structure. The metallic structure includes a main phase having a Th2Zn17 crystal phase, and a secondary phase having a carbide phase of the M element of the composition formula. A ratio (I2/I1) of a maximum intensity I2 of a diffraction peak at an angle 2θ in a range from 37.5 degrees to 38.5 degrees to a maximum intensity I1 of a diffraction peak at the angle 2θ in a range from 32.5 degrees to 33.5 degrees is greater than 25 but no greater than 80 in an X-ray diffraction pattern obtained by applying an X-ray diffraction measuring method to the sintered body.

摘要: A sintered bearing has a structure in which Ni—P alloy particles having an average diameter of 10 to 100 μm are dispersed in an amount of 1 to 20% by mass in a Cu-based sintered alloy base, a Fe—Cu-based sintered alloy base or a Cu—Ni-based sintered alloy base. The Ni—P alloy particles are derived from a raw material powder comprising 1 to 12% by mass of P; and a remainder composed of Ni and inevitable impurities. The Cu-based sintered alloy base contains no less than 40% by mass of Cu. The Fe—Cu-based sintered alloy base contains no more than 50% by mass of Fe. The Cu—Ni-based sintered alloy base contains 20 to 40% by mass of Ni and 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of P; or contains 10 to 25% by mass of Ni, 10 to 25% by mass of Zn and 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of P.

The invention further relates to a method for producing semi-finished products from a copper-nickel-zinc alloy.
