    摘要: An expansion valve includes a valve body having a valve body hole, a first passage, a bottomed valve chamber, a second passage, a third passage and a guide member disposed in the valve body hole between the first passage and the third passage. The valve body hole has a first valve body hole portion and a second valve body hole portion of different diameters forming a valve body step between the second passage and the first passage. The guide has a first guide portion and a second guide portion of different diameters forming a guide portion step. The guide is sized to be slidably received by the valve body hole in a close-fitting relationship with the first valve body hole portion receiving the first guide portion, the second valve body hole portion receiving the second guide portion and the valve body step and the guide portion step contacting each other.

    摘要: The invention provides an improved structure for assembling components in an expansion valve used in air conditioners. An expansion valve body 30 has a valve chamber 35 and a passage 32 through which refrigerant from a compressor enters. The refrigerant passing through a flow path between a valve means 32b and an orifice 32a is sent through a passage 321 toward an evaporator. The refrigerant returning from the evaporator passes through a passage 34 and flows toward the compressor. A power element 36 operates the valve means 32b in response to the thermal load of the evaporator and controls the flow rate of refrigerant. The lower end of a spring 32d disposed within the valve chamber 35 and biasing the valve means 32b toward the orifice 32a is supported by a sealing member 150 that is inserted to an opening 35a of the valve chamber and fixed to position via a crimping portion K1.

    摘要: An expansion valve includes a valve body, a first passage formed in the valve body, a bottomed valve chamber formed in the first passage, a second passage formed in parallel with the first passage in the valve body to allow a refrigerant to pass through, a third passage, and a guide member arranged in an opening portion of the valve body. In the guide member, a guide portion, which slidably guides an operation rod for opening and closing a valve element, and an orifice portion, which has a throttle portion for causing the valve chamber and the second passage to communicate with each other, are formed integrally. The guide member is mounted with a vibration isolating member, and is fixed by staking to the valve body. The orifice portion is formed with a positioning portion for positioning the guide member with respect to the valve body by surface contact.

    摘要: The invention provides an improved structure for assembling components in an expansion valve used in air conditioners.     摘要: A hole 15 is formed to the center portion of an outer wall 14 of a housing defining an airtight chamber, and temperature sensitive gas is filled in the interior of the housing. The hole 15 is sealed by a plug 16 and is fixed by a weld portion 17. An anaerobic UV cure adhesive 34 is filled in the recess 18 formed around the projection weld portion 17, and cured by UV radiation. The surface of the anaerobic UV cure adhesive 34 cures rapidly, and the inner area of the adhesive where UV cannot be radiated is cured infallibly. The thermal expansion valve having such structure can be arranged in an engine room, where corrosion due to water adhering to the weld can be prevented effectively, and as a result prevents gas leak from the weld portion.

    摘要: Circuitry capable of controlling a bias voltage for an avalanche photodiode (APD) in accordance with the temperature slope of the breakdown voltage of the APD is disclosed. A reference voltage generating circuit sets a voltage implementing an optimal amplification ratio on an output terminal, and generates a reference voltage by taking account of the temperature slope of the breakdown voltage of the APD. The reference voltage is applied to one input of a voltage comparator. A setting circuit feeds to an adding circuit a preselected voltage for controlling the voltage on the output terminal to a value capable of implementing the optimal multiplication ratio. A temperature compensating circuit feeds to the adding circuit a voltage corresponding to the temperature slope of the above breakdown voltage. The temperature slope is representative of the variation of the breakdown voltage with respect to temperature. The adding circuit adds the two input voltages and delivers its output to the voltage comparator as the reference voltage. The voltage comparator produces a difference between the reference voltage and a voltage input from the output terminal and outputs a voltage control signal representative of the difference.
