    摘要: A material for processing includes an elastically deformable single thin plate comprising a plurality of through-holes. The plate has a first wave-like shape, which is formed in a first direction and, in which troughs and ridges are alternately connected in repetition, and a second wave-like shape which is formed in a second direction crossing the first direction and in which troughs and ridges are alternately connected in repetition. The first wave-like shape has a corrugated shape in which the ridges each include a pair of side parts rising from the corresponding troughs and an apex part connected between the pair of side parts. An apex length of the apex part along the first direction is defined as being longer than an opening length, along the first direction, between base parts of the pair of side parts.

    摘要: A porous sound absorbing structure 10 includes an exterior plate 1 and a closing plate 2 in order to suppress a decrease in sound absorbing performance in a wide frequency band. An interior plate 3 is arranged between the exterior plate 1 and the closing plate 2, and air layers 4 and 5 are located between the exterior plate 1 and the interior plate 3 and between the interior plate 3 and the closing plate 2 respectively. The exterior plate 1, the interior plate 3, and the closing plate 2 are arranged while opposed to each other. Many through holes 1a and 3a are made in the exterior plate 1 and the closing plate 2 respectively. In the interior plate 3, a plate thickness t2 and a diameter φ2 and an aperture ratio β2 are set so as to generate an viscous effect in air passing through the through hole 3a. The aperture ratio β1 of the through hole 1a in the exterior plate 1 is set more than 3% and not more than 50%.

    摘要: A joined part of an aluminum-coated steel sheet and an aluminum sheet is composed of an intermetallic compound layer which exists in a region in which a part of a coated layer exists before the joining and an aluminum melted and solidified part which also exists on the side of the aluminum sheet to enclose the intermetallic compound layer. The atoms existing on the surface of the aluminum melted and solidified part are intermetallic-bonded with atoms which exist on the surface of the steel sheet except in the region in which the intermetallic compound layer exists seen in the plan view. Further, the area of the intermetallic compound layer is limited to 60% or less of the total area of the joined part at the interface between the aluminum-coated steel sheet and the aluminum sheet. Thus, the area of the aluminum melted and solidified part exceeds 40% of the total area of the joined part. The strong joining having a high fracture energy can be provided at a high efficiency.

    摘要: A grain cleaning machine comprising a cleaning chamber including a cleaning roll for cleaning uncleaned grain white, a screw conveyor for feeding the uncleaned grain into the cleaning chamber, a discharge adjusting device disposed in a grain outflow region of the cleaning chamber, and a torque sensor for detecting an internal load of the cleaning chamber. The discharge adjusting device is spring-loaded in a direction to stop outflow of white grain from the cleaning chamber, and is movable against the spring load in a direction to enhance outflow of the white grain. The discharge adjusting device is controllable on the basis of torque detection by the torque sensor to maintain the internal load of the cleaning chamber in a predetermined value.

    摘要: Sheets of high strength superplastic Al--Zn--Mg alloys or Al--Cu alloys which having a maximum grain size below 30 .mu.m on average are described. These alloy sheets are obtained by a method which is characterized by keeping a homogenized and hot worked ingot of the alloy at two different temperatures for sufficient times whereby a fine grain structure is formed in the alloy to impart superplasticity to the alloy.
