摘要: Clearance measuring apparatus for measuring the amount of clearance formed between circumferential edges of a component part and a component part assembling portion of a product main body used with a set jig holding the component part. A stationary claw is fixed to the set jig and is arranged to be arranged to be brought into engagement with the edge of the part. A movable claw is mounted to be movable in a clearance measuring direction and is arranged to be brought into engagement with the edge of the assembling portion. A detecting device is provided for detecting the amount of displacement of the movable claw in relation to the stationary claw.

摘要: An apparatus moving a workpiece onto and off of a working station without stopping the conveying line or the conveying carrier. A loading carrier lifts the workpiece off the conveying carrier at a receiving station and transfers it to a jig table over the conveying line. After the operation at the working station is completed, an unloading carrier takes the workpiece off the jig table to a delivering position where it is set upon the empty conveying carrier which in the meantime had passed under the jig table.

摘要: An apparatus for assembling a motorcar vehicle body by welding right and left side panels to other vehicle body constituting members such as a floor panel, a roof panel and the like. A movable frame is provided respectively on right side and left side of an assembling station into which the other vehicle body constituting members are brought. The movable frame is movable back and forth between a laterally outward waiting position and a laterally inward welding position. A pair of presetting apparatuses respectively moves a presetting jig into and out of a space between the assembling station and the respective movable frame which is in the waiting position. The presetting jig holds a plurality of parts which constitute the side panel in a predetermined positional relationship. A setting jig is detachably mounted on the respective movable frame and receives the plurality of parts from the presetting jig. A plurality of welding robots are mounted on the movable frame for welding the plurality of parts to thereby assemble the side panel and for welding the side panel to the other vehicle body constituting members.

摘要: A system for assembling a motorcar vehicle body is divided into a first-floor portion and a second-floor portion. The first-floor portion has a main working line provided with a vehicle body assembling station, a floor panel assembling line, and a floor panel parts working line. The second-floor portion has another floor panel parts working line and a roof panel working line. There are provided apparatuses for charging floor panel consitituting parts worked in the floor panel parts working line disposed on the first-floor portion to a floor panel assembling line, and for lowering floor panel constituting parts worked in the floor panel parts working line disposed on the second-floor portion from the second-floor portion to charge them to the floor panel assembling line so that these constituting parts are combined together in the floor panel assembling line to assemble the floor panel. There are also provided apparatuses for charging the floor panel to the vehicle body assembling station, and for lowering the roof panel worked in the roof panel working line form the second-floor portion to a neighborhood of the vehicle body assembling station and charging it to the vehicle body assembling station so that the side panels which are set to welding jigs are combined in the vehicle body assembling station to the floor panel and the roof panel to assemble the motor car vehicle body.

摘要: A door for a motorcar is manufactured by a method in which a door inner member is assembled by combining accessory parts such as a sash to an inner panel, a beam is combined to the door inner member and thereafter the door inner member is assembled to an outer panel. The assembling step of the door inner member is divided into a tack-welding step for tack-welding the inner panel and the accessory parts on a welding jig and a reinforcing-welding step for reinforcing-welding the door inner member by welding robots. The beam is charged into a reinforcing-welding station to weld it to the door inner member by the welding robots. An apparatus has a tack-welding station having disposed therein a welding jig, a reinforcing-welding station having disposed therein welding robots, an assembling station having disposed therein an outer panel setting jig, a first transfer apparatus which is provided with a transfer jig, a second transfer apparatus which is provided with a transfer jig, a beam charging apparatus, and a beam setting jig.

摘要: In a DC type C-shaped welding gun apparatus having a transformer mounted thereon, a center tap of the transformer is communicated to a movable gun arm via an ounce metal plate. A rear end portion of a stationary gun arm is pressingly held between a pair of terminal plates via rectifiers. Both terminal plates are disposed such that their center line is offset to one widthwise side of the transformer. The stationary gun arm is thus disposed to one widthwise side of a projected area of the transformer. The ounce metal plate for supplying electric power to the movable gun arm is disposed to the other side of the projected area. In an X-shaped welding gun apparatus, a first gun arm is rotatably supported by a supporting shaft provided on a gun bracket. A second gun arm is directly connected to one of feeder terminals of a transformer to constitute the second gun arm and the transformer into a unit. This unit is rotatably supported by the supporting shaft via a supporting arm, and the other of the feeder terminals is connected to the first gun arm via the supporting arm. The supporting arm is used as a feeder member. The feeder member can thus be disposed within the width of the gun bracket. A pressurizing cylinder is supported on the supporting arm along the transformer. The vacant space around the transformer is utilized as a space for disposing the cylinder to thereby minimize the size of the welding gun.

摘要: A working line for a rear floor of a vehicle includes a first setting station for setting the rear floor panel on the rear frame, a combining station for combining the rear floor panel to the rear frame, an assembling station for assembling the rear floor by welding the rear wheel housings and the rear panel to the rear floor panel, and a second setting station. They are arranged in the order mentioned from a starting end towards a finishing end of the working line. The working line further includes right and left first setting devices which are reciprocated between the second setting station and the assembling station for assembling the rear wheel housings which are set in said second setting station to the rear floor panel when the first setting jig is advanced to the assembling station, a second setting device which is provided within a space defined by the first setting devices and is reciprocated between the second station and the assembling station for assembling the rear panel which is set in the second setting station to the rear floor panel when the second setting means is advanced to the assembling station, and discharging means for discharging by hanging the assembled rear floor out of the assembling station.
