摘要： A rotating electric machine comprises a stator and a rotor. In the rotor, numerous slots are formed along a circumferential direction. In the each of slots, a first stator coil and a second stator coil are inserted and insulated by an insulator inserted before inserting the coils in the slots. The insulator encircles the first and second stator coils so as to be formed into an S shape. The center portion thereof extends over the area between the first and second stator coils. One end of the insulator is held between one surface of the center portion of the insulator and the first stator coil. Other end of the insulator is held between another surface of the center portion of the insulator and the second stator coil.

摘要： A rotating electric machine for driving a vehicle includes: a stator that comprises a stator core in which a plurality of slots extending in a direction of a rotation axis are arranged circumferentially and a stator coil inserted into the slots; and a rotor that is rotatably provided in the stator through a gap, wherein: the stator coil is constituted with conducting wires, and a cross section of a protruding portion of each of the conducting wires that protrudes from the slots in a coil end portion of the stator coil is formed into a substantially trapezoidal shape.

摘要： A rotating electrical machine includes: a stator that including a stator core and a teeth section, with a stator coil wound at the teeth section; a rotor arranged via a clearance at an inner periphery side of the stator and supported in a freely rotating manner; and a distribution unit supported by a resin holder, and including a conductor connected to the stator coil. The rotating electrical machine is cooled by coolant. The stator coil includes a coil end section projecting from an end of the stator in an axial direction. A gap is formed between an end of the stator core and a lower surface of the distribution unit by mounting the distribution unit on an upper part of the coil end section. The gap constitutes a path for the coolant.

摘要： A manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine according to the present invention comprises steps of: (1) preforming a coil including a plurality of element coils of an insulated conductor; (2) inserting a first side of a first element coil of the element coils into a first slot of a stator core through an opening of the first slot; (3) inserting a second side of the first element coil into a second slot in which a first side of a second element coil of the element coil has been already inserted; (4) electrically connecting coil ends of a plurality of the coils to each other; and (5) rotatably mounting a rotor inside the stator core.
