摘要: A rotating electrical machine such as electrical starter motor and more particularly to an improved method and apparatus for winding the armature coils of a rotating electrical machine. The winding apparatus and method is particularly adapted for use with large diameter wires and permits winding without a winding needle having to pass into the slot between the pole teeth. This is accomplished by introducing some slack in the wire by moving the wire in a circumferential direction when the winding needle is not disposed in proximity to the slot and then returning the winding needle to registry with the slot.

摘要: In a game, multiple players are communicatively coupled with a network. A progression of game action states is tracked. The action states relate to events that occur during the game and a situation of each of the players that corresponds to the events. Upon reaching a first action state, in which a player is expected to utter a first vociferation based on that player's situation with respect to a game event that occurs in association with the first action state, it is detected whether the vociferation is uttered. The first vociferation is captured. The vociferation may be sent to the other players asynchronously with respect to its capture where it may be rendered locally.

摘要: A fin member for a heat exchanger is produced by repeatedly folding a plate over itself into a corrugated shape to form corrugated fins. The folded sections which are formed by the folding are pressed and deformed into a recessed shape to form engagement recesses. A pipe member through which fluid flows is disposed at the engagement recesses. The pressing and deformation of the engagement recesses cause swollen sections to protrude at both sides of each folded section with respect to the folding-over direction of the folded section and form flat butt surfaces at the tips of the swollen sections. Adjacent butt surfaces are caused to be in surface contact with each other with the pipe member disposed at the engagement recesses.

摘要: A scroll type fluid machinery has a stationary scroll and a revolving scroll having spiral wraps set up on inner surfaces of respective end plates in engagement with each other. A drive bushing is inserted rotatably into a boss which is projected at a central part of an outer surface of the end plate of the revolving scroll. An eccentric driving pin of a rotary shaft is fitted slidably into a slide groove bored through the drive bushing. A gap between one end of the slide groove in a direction that the radius of revolution becomes larger and the eccentric driving pin is set to a preset very small distance .delta. (here, .delta. is a value determined based on processing error, deformation due to temperature and pressure and the like of the above-mentioned respective scrolls) when the revolving scroll occupies a position of theoretical radius of revolution thereof. With this, it is possible to prevent the drive bushing from tiltably rotating beyond what has been predetermined while the revolving scroll is revolving.

摘要: A press working control method for controlling the press working operation of a press having a pressure cylinder for applying a working pressure to a workpiece, a press slide operatively connected to the pressure cylinder and carrying a movable die, a bed fixedly mounted with a fixed die, a plurality of control cylinders supporting the press slide in a level position during the press working operation, and a press control system for carrying out the press working control method. The press control system comprises a first pressure detector for detecting the operative pressure of the pressure cylinder, quick-response control valves each for regulating the height of the control cylinder, height detectors each for detecting the height of the control cylinder, second pressure detectors each for detecting the operative pressure of the control cylinder, servovalves each for detecting the operative pressure of the control cylinder, and a control unit including a computer for deciding manipulated variables for the height and operative pressure control of the control cylinders on the basis of data obtained by the detectors. The respective heights of the control cylinders are regulated individually so that the press slide is maintained in a level position during the press working operation, while the respective operative pressure of the control cylinders are regulated so that a desired working pressure is applied to the workpiece.

摘要: A mold clamping device for an injection molding machine wherein a movable table which supports a movable mold is moved in directions approaching and moving away from a fixed table which supports a fixed mold to thereby bring the molds into open and closed states, and wherein mold clamping is effected in a closed state of the molds by mold clamping cylinders. The mold clamping device includes tie rods for guiding the movement of the movable table, the tie rods projecting upward from the fixed table and being each provided with an engaging groove such as threads or the like formed on the outer peripheral surface of its portion projecting from the movable table to the side opposite to the fixed table in the closed state of the molds; and split mold-like locking members capable of engaging with and disengaging from the tie rods each through each engaging groove in the closed state of the molds, the locking members being slidable in the axial direction of the tie rods. The mold clamping cylinders are disposed between the locking members and the movable table. Since the tie rods which receive the mold clamping reaction are so constructed as to also be employable as guide members for guiding the movement of the movable table, it is possible to attain a structural simplification and reduction in size in addition to advantage in terms of maintenance.

摘要: A small-diameter resin tube connecting structure used as a small-diameter tube connector is provided. The connector comprises: a main body including therein a small-diameter chamber continuous with a communication hole defined by the connecting cylindrical wall at the top end of the main body and a large-diameter chamber formed behind the small-diameter chamber; and a socket having repulsive walls each in the form of a pawl wall and formed integral with, or separately from, the outer periphery of the connector main body whereby the repulsive walls of the socket are brought into engagement with an annular bulged wall of the target resin tube. Further, a thin-wall metallic tube having an annular bulged wall is inserted into at least the connecting end of the resin tube with the metallic tube serving as a reinforcing member for the resin tube. The resin tube may have the annular bulged wall together with the metallic tube by press-working the inserted metallic tube in the axial direction. The connector of the present invention can securely maintain the connection of the target small-diameter tube with the connector for a prolonged period of time, increase the resistance against the draw-out force and manufacture easily and in a simple manner without enlarging the size thereof.
