摘要: Safe handling spraying device, which comprises a reservoir where is assembled an actuating lever or, manually or automatically actuating air pumps, that perform the internal reservoir pressurization. Inside of it, there is a pressure chamber where is stored water and the Chemical Concentrated product that is inside a pliable tightly closed bag. The reservoir (10) is designed for supplying water (Ag), the chemical concentrated product (CCP) is stored separately in a pliable container (12). The pliable container (12) is disposed inside of a pressure chamber or water reservoir (10), so that the same pressure defined inside the reservoir (10) is applied to the pliable container (12) simultaneously. The output end of the pliable container (12) is connected to the inlet of a mixing device (20) which doses the CCP continuously. After the CCP had been mixed with water, it communicates with a hose provided with an actuating trigger (30) and spraying nozzle (27) at the free end.

摘要: A fuel cell includes a solid polymer electrolyte membrane and cathode and anode catalyst layers held between a fuel electrode substrate having a surface area larger than that of the cathode catalyst layer and an oxidizer electrode substrate having a surface area larger than that of the anode catalyst layer. The fuel electrode substrate includes a fuel-sealing support portion surrounding the cathode catalyst layer. The oxidizer electrode substrate includes an oxidizer-sealing support portion surrounding the anode catalyst layer. The fuel-sealing and oxidizer-sealing support portions each include pores partially or wholly filled with a resin. The fuel-sealing support portion is bonded to the membrane by the resin at a position closer to an outer edge of the membrane than is the cathode catalyst. The oxidizer-sealing support portion is bonded to the membrane by the resin at a position closer to the outer edge of the membrane than is the anode catalyst.

摘要: A transistor comprises: an insulating layer; a semiconductor layer provided on a major surface of the insulating layer; a gate insulating layer provided on the base region; and a gate electrode provided on the gate insulating layer. The semiconductor layer has a source portion having a plurality of source regions of a first conductivity type and a plurality of base contact regions of a second conductivity type, the source regions being alternated with the base contact regions, a drain portion of the first conductivity type, and a base region of the second conductivity type provided between the source portion and the drain portion, the base region being in contact with the source regions and the base contact regions. A junction between the source regions and the base region is closer to the drain portion side than a junction between the base contact regions and the base region.
