    摘要: Augmenting data sensed using a mobile device involves detecting, via a Global Positioning System (GPS) sensor, location data along a route while a user traverses the route. Predefined route data is provided that accurately reflects the locations of the route. The detected location data is augmented using the predefined route data via a mobile terminal capable of interfacing with the GPS sensor. A record of the traversal is created using the augmented location data.
