    摘要: In the production of titanium and (.alpha.+.beta.)-type titanium alloy materials, a material hydrogenated in an amount of 0.02 to 2% by weight of hydrogen is worked at a temperature of 450.degree. to 900.degree. C. at a reduction of more than 60%, and the material is dehydrogenated and annealed in vacuum. The working of the titanium material is carried out at 450.degree. to 800.degree. C., and the working of the (.alpha.+.beta.)-type titanium alloy material is carried out at 550.degree. to 900.degree. C. Furthermore, in the production of titanium, .alpha.-type titanium alloy, and (.alpha.+.beta.)-type titanium alloy materials, a material hydrogenated in an amount of 0.02 to 2% by weight of hydrogen is subjected to a heat treatment wherein the material is heated at a temperature not lower than the .beta. transformation temperature and then cooled, the material is worked at a temperature of 450.degree. to 950.degree. C. at a reduction not lower than 20%, the material is dehydrogenated and annealed in the vacuum, the working of the titanium material is carried out at 450.degree. to 800.degree. C., the working of the .alpha.-type titanium alloy material is carried out at 600.degree. to 950.degree. C., and the working of the (.alpha.+.beta.)-type titanium alloy material is carried out at 550.degree. to 900.degree. C.

    摘要: The ferritic stainless steel sheet involves a problem that the ridging is likely to generate at the forming step, such as the deep drawing step. The ridging is believed to be caused by a band structure in the hot rolled band, which structure exerting an influence on the formability of a cold rolled sheet. The ridging is prevented in the present invention by means of the combination of the three technical measures: incorporating aluminum into a ferritic stainless steel; heating a slab to a low temperature of 1200.degree. C. or less; and, carrying out a drastic hot rolling of at least one pass with the draft of 20%/pass or more. As a result of these technical measures, the structure of a hot rolled band is made and uniform and thus both the formability and anti-ridging property are enhanced.

    摘要: In a process for the production of cold rolled ferritic stainless steel sheets or strips, a hot rolled strips has been annealed by a long time batchwise annealing and cold rolling and recrystallization annealing have been repeated usually twice. In the present invention, a hot rolled steel strip of an Al-containing ferritic stainless steel is heated by continuous annealing to a temperature of from 850.degree. to 1100.degree. C., AlN (aluminum nitride) is precipitated in the dispersed state and then cooling the strip to a temperature of 700.degree. to 900.degree. C., performing subsequent cooling to a level not higher than 200.degree. C. at such a cooling rate that a chromium depletion layer, which causes a gold dust defect, is not formed around the chromium carbonitride. Single cold rolling and recrystallization annealing are carried out in combination until the thickness is reduced to the gauge thickness.

    摘要: The present invention provides a high frequency heating apparatus having a structure, which can be mounted/dismounted an air-exhausting grille without any tools. In this apparatus, an air-exhausting grille is arranged by that a fixing claw portion having a bent Z-shape, a fixing hooking portion having a concave notch, and a magneto joint plate are arranged, whereas a main body located opposite to the air-exhausting grille is arranged by that a slit hole, a hooking flange, and a magneto fixing plate are arranged. As a result, since the magneto joint plate is absorbed with the magneto fixing plate to be fixed with each other, the mounting/dismounting work capability of the air-exhausting grille can be improved without using the tool in a simple manner, and furthermore, a clean cooking appliance can be secured, while the cooking appliance can be readily cleaned.

    摘要: An autofocusing zoom lens, comprising a half-mirror prism and a sensor capable of detecting light in conjunction with the half-mirror prism, is formed by inserting the half-mirror prism between the front-lens and rear-lens groups of the master-lens groups of the lens system. The insertion of the half-mirror prism has the advantages that the back focus may be shortened, the lens aperture need not be enlarged, and that the lens length in effect may be shortened. Additional use of a sensor-related lens makes autofocus available even when the angle of exit pupil of the imaging optical system is small.

    摘要: A microwave heating apparatus has a body with a front wall, and a heating chamber within the body for holding an object to be heated. A microwave source is provided for generating microwaves, and a wave guide is connected between the microwave source and a microwave inlet for guiding the microwaves from the microwave source to the heating chamber. A radiant energy heater is disposed within the heating chamber for heating the object to be heated by radiant energy, and a power box is positioned above the chamber and housing the microwave source and the high voltage circuit components therefor. A microwave source cooling fan is provided in the power box, and thermal insulation covers the walls of the heating chamber, the upper surface of the thermal insulation on the top of the chamber and the bottom surface of the power box being spaced to provide a cooling conduit. The front wall of the body has an air suction inlet therein opening into one end of the cooling conduit, and a power box cooling fan is provided at the other end of the cooling conduit. The power box has a suction port therein opening into the cooling conduit upstream of the power box cooling fan for admitting air from the cooling conduit into the power box, the microwave source cooling fan and the power box cooling fan being in parallel flow relation.
