    摘要: The acceleration/deceleration control apparatus using slip speed detects an angular frequency .omega.r corresponding to an execution speed of an induction motor and derives an angular frequency .omega.s corresponding to a slip speed corresponding to a slip speed in response to a torque of the said motor, from a vector controller of the said motor.On the other hand, an allowable value .omega.s' of said angular frequency corresponding to the said .omega.r is prepared beforehand, and is compared with said angular frequency .omega.s.According to the result of this comparison, the IM rotation is controlled. So even if the induction motor is used as servo motor, no shock of the torque will flow through the motor and the motor itself will not be stalled.

    摘要: A synchronous digital data processing system employing single-phase clock pulses comprises arithmetic and control units which are capable of completing an operation during one clock pulse period. The data processing system includes closed data paths wherein only one stage of a memory circuit capable of the same operation as a master/slave flip-flop is used as a data register in the arithmetic unit and as an address register in the control unit. In either case, during one cycle of a single-phase clock pulse, an input data is set in the memory circuit, and the output of the memory circuit is renewed in response to the input data. The output of the memory circuit is held until it is renewed in the following cycle.

In order to vary an optical path length difference between two light beams in the interference optical system (5) to modulate interference fringes to be obtained, AOMs (55, 56) are arranged on the two split optical paths and an EOM (56) on one of them. The interference fringes obtained from the interference optical system (5) are received at a photoreceptive device (7), and from the received signal, the phase is detected by a phase detector (8) and the phase amplitude is detected by an amplitude extractor (9). In order to stabilize the wavelength, a controller (10) feedback controls the injection current to the semiconductor laser (1) so that the phase amplitude matches to a predetermined setting.
