Abstract:
Module for adjustment of the fill level of components in the containers of a multi-component mixing device, which is interchangeable with a static or dynamic mixer of said multicomponent device, into which amounts of the individual components are discharged until a predetermined ratio of said components is reached, at which time the module is removed and replaced by the static or dynamic mixer.
Abstract:
A container (10, 30, 50) is provided for single- or multi-component molding materials. The container has a container body (12, 32, 52) having a constant outer contour in a longitudinal extent of the container (10, 30, 50), a piston (17, 37) movable in the longitudinal direction, and a cover (11, 31) having an outlet opening (13, 33, 53). A volume for a molding material is defined between the piston (17, 37) and the cover (11, 31), the volume being variable in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the container (10, 30, 50). The container distinguishes itself in that the container body (12, 32, 52) is rotatable relative to the outlet opening (13, 33, 53), and the piston (17, 37) thereby pushes out the content of the container (10, 30, 50).

Abstract:
Thus, the present disclosure includes a method of producing a weight-optimized pneumatic tire rim having rotationally-symmetrically partially different wall thickness. The steps include: providing a tube section having a first wall thickness and two end sides; leveling the first wall thickness starting from the two end sides over a defined rotationally-symmetrical area thereby forming two flanks by precontouring, each of the flanks having a second wall thickness, and pushing tolerance-caused excess material of the flanks into a well base zone between the two flanks; and contouring the flanks by pressure rolling while drawing each of the flanks toward an end area of each of the flanks and reducing the thickness of each of the flanks partially differently to predetermined measurements. The present disclosure also includes a device to implement the method.
Abstract:
A method for the non-cutting production of a hub with a stepped hole, the method steps comprising: providing a metal round blank having a throughhole; providing a patch block in the throughhole and having a portion of the patch block spaced at a distance from the metal round blank so as to create a stepped area displaced from a plane of the top surface of the metal round blank; and, cold-forming the hub by use of at least one pressure roller with the at least one pressure roller fed radially towards the throughhole, wherein material from the metal round blank flows into the stepped area between the metal round blank and a portion of the patch block, thereby forming a stepped hole comprising a material web at an inner circumference of the hub. A hub with a stepped hole, produced from a metal round blank by a compression method.
Abstract:
The invention related to a method for producing a rim for a pneumatic tire. A rim base with a rear rim flange is produced from a ring-shaped blank by exerting pressure. Said rim base is then connected to a bowl of a rim at the side thereof facing away from the rear rim flange. In order to produce said rim base, the blank is inserted into a compression mould which is embodied as a cavity and is pressed against the at least partially contoured interior of the compression mould by means of at least one compression roll.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle wheel, in particular a hybrid vehicle wheel, composed of a wheel disc, which is fabricated from lightweight metal as a cast part, and a rim ring, which is made from steel, is connected to the wheel disc in a rotationally fixed fashion and has at least one rim horn and a drop base edge, and a method for manufacturing such a hybrid vehicle wheel. In order to be able to manufacture the hybrid vehicle wheel at low cost and to ensure sufficient force flow between the rim ring and the wheel disc, the wheel disc has, on the disc edge, a contour which is matched to the profile of the rim horn and drop base edge and extends over the distance between them and on which the rim ring bears in the mounted state of the wheel disc and rim ring while clamping the wheel disc between a first pressure zone on the drop base edge and a second pressure zone on the rim horn. Fitting is carried out by folding over or rolling over a rim ring blank onto the edge of the disc.

Abstract:
A process is disclosed for manufacturing a gear part with outer teeth from a metallic workpiece shaped as a circular blank or predrawing. The gear part has a hub surface with outward projecting teeth. The workpiece is flattened in its circumferential area and the teeth are formed without cutting by a toothed roller (5) mounted in a freely rotary manner. While the teeth are formed by flattening the workpiece, the toothed roller (5) is fixed in the radial direction so as to not move towards the feeding axis of the spindle. The edge of a circular blank may be curled or thickened or the cylindrical edge of a potshaped predrawing may be collapsed.
Abstract:
A method of forming a circular sheet-metal blank which rests on a tool rotating about an axis. The sheet-metal blank has a thickness and has a diameter which is small than a diameter of the tool.
