    摘要: A high frequency switching component for being connected to a transmission circuit, a reception circuit, and an antenna to be used for switching to either a state in which the transmission circuit is connected to the antenna, or a state in which the reception circuit is connected to the antenna, comprising: a multilayer circuit board, on which there is formed a circuit including: a transmission circuit terminal to be connected to the transmission circuit; a reception circuit terminal to be connected to the reception circuit; an antenna terminal to be connected to be the antenna; a ground terminal; a first diode whose anode is connected to the transmission circuit terminal and the cathode thereof is connected to the antenna terminal; a second diode whose anode is connected to the reception circuit terminal and the cathode thereof is connected to the ground terminal; a signal line for connecting the transmission circuit terminal, the reception circuit terminal, and the antenna terminal via the first diode; and an inductor or an LC filter disposed between the signal line and the ground terminal to reduce noise on the signal line; in which the transmission circuit terminal, the reception circuit terminal, the antenna terminal, the ground terminal, the first diode, and the second diode are disposed on a surface of the multilayer circuit board; at least a part of the signal line being disposed inside the multilayer circuit board; and the inductor being disposed either inside or on the surface of the multilayer circuit board.

    摘要: A high-frequency composite part includes a high-frequency switch and an amplifier in a transmission circuit side among high-frequency parts constituting a PHS portable telephone. In the telephone, the high-frequency switch is used for switching between the connection of the transmission circuit Tx and an antenna, and the connection of a receiving circuit Rx and the antenna. The amplifier at the Tx side amplifies a signal to be transmitted which has been converted into an RF signal and passes through a filter at the Tx side, and sends it to the high-frequency switch. A high-frequency composite part may comprise: a multilayer board formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers; a high-frequency switch formed of a diode mounted on said multilayer board and a transmission line and a capacitor comprising interconnected electrodes formed on respective layers within said multilayer board; and an amplifier formed of a transistor mounted on said multilayer board and a transmission line and a capacitor comprising interconnected electrodes formed on respective layers within said multilayer board. In the high-frequency composite part, the amplifier may be comprised in a transmission circuit. The high-frequency composite part further may comprise a filter formed of a transmission line and a capacitor comprising interconnected electrodes formed on respective layers within said multilayer board. The multilayer board may comprise low-temperature baked ceramic material.

    摘要: In a circuit module in which a plurality of non-reciprocal circuit elements, each of which does not have a yoke, are mounted, the occurrence of magnetic coupling between the non-reciprocal circuit elements is significantly reduced and prevented. Core isolators are not arranged such that, in a state in which the direction of magnetic flux and the direction of magnetic flux are the same, the core isolators are aligned in the direction of the magnetic flux. Specifically, the core isolators generate the magnetic flux from left to right. The core isolators are aligned so as to be inclined relative to the magnetic flux. Thus, extension of the magnetic flux through the core isolator in a state of being directed in the same direction as that of the magnetic flux is significantly reduced and prevented.

    摘要: In a duplexer module, a transmitting signal is correctly monitored without deteriorating receiving sensitivity. The duplexer module includes a transmission line, a reception line, and an antenna common line, and performs conversion between a transmission signal and a reception signals and antenna common signals. A transmission filter is inserted into the transmission line, and the transmission filter allows the transmission signal to pass therethrough and stops the reception signal. A reception filter is inserted into the reception line, and the reception filter allows the reception signal to pass therethrough and stops the transmission signal. A first line of a coupler which detects the transmitting signal is inserted into the transmission line at a stage subsequent to the transmission filter.
