    摘要: An inverter apparatus according to one embodiment includes switching elements and freewheel diodes which are connected to a direct-current power supply, a temperature detector provided near at least one of the switching elements, and a temperature estimation unit. The temperature estimation unit estimates temperatures of switching elements not provided with the temperature detector, based on an estimated-temperature increase value calculated by a loss model of the switching elements and freewheel diode and others, and a temperature of the switching element detected by the temperature detector.

    摘要: There are provided: sets of pairs of main circuit switching elements (4u), (4x) that supply power to a load, connected in series with a DC power source; free-wheel diodes (5u), (5x) connected in anti-parallel with these main circuit switching elements; and a reverse voltage application circuit (8) that applies reverse voltage smaller than the DC voltage source to the free-wheel diodes when these free-wheel diodes cut off. The reverse voltage application circuit includes a current suppression circuit (10) that suppresses the main circuit current flowing in the low-voltage DC voltage power source on reverse recovery of the free-wheel diodes.

    摘要: There are provided: a main three-phase full-wave rectifier (8) that converts three-phase AC (R phase, S phase, T phase) into DC; a transformer (9) that outputs AC of a total of six phases corresponding to the points that equally divide by three the arcs drawn in a transformer vector diagram in which an equilateral triangle is formed whereof the R phase, S phase and T phase are vertices, centered on each vertex and linking the remaining two points; and two auxiliary three-phase full-wave rectifiers (12) and (13) in that convert into DC the six-phase AC that is output from the transformer (9), the output lines of the main three-phase full-wave rectifier (8) and two auxiliary three-phase full-wave rectifiers (12) and (13) being connected in parallel. The current flowing in the DC line through the transformer can therefore be reduced to ⅓ of the whole in the case of an 18-pulse rectifier, so enabling the capacity of the transformer to be reduced.

The magnetize device passes a magnetizing current that is over a magnetization saturation zone of magnetic material of the variable magnet. This system improves a flux repeatability of the variable magnet and a torque accuracy.

    摘要: Reflux diode 5u.about.5w and 5x.about.5z are in anti-parallel connected to MOSFET 4u.about.4w and 4x.about.4z. When MOSFET 4u.about.4w and 4x.about.4z are turned OFF, an electric current flows in a forward direction to reflux diode 5u.about.5w and 5x.about.5z. In the case of this construction, when for example reflux diode 5u disconnects, a small inverse voltage is applied from inverse voltage applied circuit 7 to reflux diode 5u. For this reason, as the inverse recovery of reflux diode 5u is produced by low voltage direct current power source 8 of inverse voltage applied circuit 7, loss occurring at reflux diode 5u is reduced.

    摘要: In the A.C. electric motor control device of this invention, with the object of improving response to abrupt speed adjustments and load fluctuations, and of improving stability of control under low speed operation, a prescribed current of the inverter circuit is detected and the power factor or power is controlled in accordance with the amount of change in this current.Specifically, a prescribed current of the inverter circuit is detected and the power factor or power is calculated from this detected current value. Using the result of this calculation, together with a command value, control quantities are calculated that determine the output voltage and output frequency of said inverter circuit. Control signals for the switching elements of said inverter circuit are then generated in accordance with these calculated control quantities.
