摘要: The present disclosure relates to a snubber circuit which comprises a static snubber unit, connected in parallel with the switch, for balancing a static voltage sharing across a switch when the switch is in a state of turn-on or turn-off; and a dynamic snubber unit for balance a dynamic voltage sharing across the switch when the switch is in a process of turn-on or turn-off, comprising a dynamic voltage sharing capacitor connected in parallel with the switch and having a relationship between a capacitance and a voltage of the dynamic voltage sharing capacitor; and a controller for controlling the capacitance of the dynamic voltage sharing capacitor to be in a predetermined working area of capacitance rising while the voltage across the switch is increasing. The present disclosure also relates to a power semiconductor device.

摘要: A method for reducing electromagnetic interference in a flyback converter includes activating a first switch to generate a primary current therein. The first switch is deactivated to generate a secondary current from a magnetic flux generated by the primary current. The magnetic flux is removed by the generation of the secondary current. A second switch is activated with a first voltage pulse to limit an excess voltage across the first switch. The excess voltage is generated in response to the deactivation of the first switch. A second switch is activated with a second voltage pulse to limit a voltage oscillation across the first switch. The voltage oscillation occurs after the removal of the magnetic flux. A first pulse width of the first voltage pulse is increased by a first jitter delay. A second pulse width of the second voltage pulse is increased by a second jitter delay.

摘要: In a power converter, a first electrical path connects between the series resonant circuit and a selected terminal from the high- and low-side input and output terminals of the power converter. An auxiliary diode is provided on one of the series resonant circuit and the first electrical path. An auxiliary switch, when turned on, causes an inductor current to flow through the auxiliary diode to the resonance inductor, thus storing electromagnetic energy into the resonance inductor, and causes the resonance inductor and the capacitance component of the series resonant circuit to resonate with each other. A second electrical path bypasses the auxiliary switch for flow of the inductor current. A discharge unit is provided on the second electrical path. The discharge unit is activated to discharge the electromagnetic energy stored in the resonance inductor via the second electrical path.

The first bridge arm includes a first switch unit and a second switch unit that are electrically coupled in series at an output terminal. The second bridge arm includes two voltage sources that are electrically coupled in series at a neutral point terminal. The two switch units are electrically coupled in series at a common connection terminal, and are arranged between the neutral point terminal and the output terminal. The voltage clamp circuit is electrically coupled to the output terminal, the common connection terminal, the neutral point terminal, and one of a positive input terminal or a negative input terminal, and the circuit is shared by the two switch units to clamp voltages across the two switch units.

A power factor correction (PFC) circuit outputs power to the DC voltage bus based on input alternating current (AC) power. The PFC circuit includes: (i) a switch having a first terminal, a second terminal, and a control terminal; (ii) a driver that switches the switch between open and closed states based on a control signal; (iii) an inductor that charges and discharges based on switching of the switch; and (iv) a circuit that outputs a signal indicating whether the switch is in the open state or the closed state based on a voltage across the first and second terminals of the switch.

摘要: A power conversion device according to embodiments includes a plurality of switch groups, a plurality of inductors, and a snubber circuit. The switch groups are respectively provided for input phases and each of the switch groups has a plurality of one-way switches that connects the corresponding input phase and output phases. The plurality of inductors are respectively connected between the input phases and the switch groups, and are coupled to one another so that current flowing through the one-way switch of one switch group moves to and continues to flow through the turned-on one-way switch of the other switch group when the one-way switch of the one switch group is turned off. The snubber circuit clamps a voltage based on the maximum voltage occurring on the plurality of inductors to a predetermined value.
