    摘要: A door panel is actuated when an actuator sensor disposed near the door panel senses an object approaching the door panel. When a safety sensor mounted on the door panel senses an object while the door panel is opening, the door panel is stopped. When a safety sensor mounted on the door panel senses an object while the door panel is closing, the door panel is opened. Each of the sensors includes a light-emitting unit, a light-receiving unit and a control unit, and the sensor can detect for itself failure in any of the light-emitting unit, the light-receiving unit and the control unit.

    摘要: A object sensor system for a swing door includes swing-side and approach-side sensors. Each of the sensors includes light-emitters and light-receivers which are mounted on a swing door. The light-emitters emit light toward a floor, and the light-receivers receive the light as reflected from the floor. The light emitted and received provides an object sensing zone which has a rectangular shape on the floor having a width equal to or larger than the width of the door. The sensing zone includes a main sensing area closer to the door and an auxiliary sensing area extending along the main sensing area. The auxiliary sensing area is disabled when the door moves.

    摘要: An appearance inspecting apparatus includes a parts feeder aligning rubber stoppers in tandem by torsionally vibrating a bowl having a spiral track formed therein, an air conveying portion conveying the rubber stoppers aligned in tandem by blowing compressed air thereto, first and second conveying tables conveying rubber stoppers by suction-holding a surface not to be inspected of the rubber stoppers, an inspecting portion inspecting a surface to be inspected of the rubber stoppers conveyed by the first and second conveying tables, and a selecting portion sorting out rubber stoppers that are determined to be defective, in accordance with the result of inspection by the inspecting portion. Objects to be inspected having a complicated shape are aligned preliminarily by using a vibration parts feeder, while highly accurate appearance inspection is conducted.
