The biasing section outputs first and second bias currents based on first and second power source voltages. The first differential amplifying section outputs a first amplified voltage based on the first bias current. The output section outputs the second power source voltage based on the first amplified voltage and the first power source voltage, and outputs the first power source voltage based on the second amplified voltage and the second power source voltage. Therefore, a variation of the threshold voltage is compensated to enhance display quality.

    摘要: An LCD display device in which the gate lines are controlled by a gate circuit part that outputs gate signals to the gate lines. A first signal wiring is formed adjacent to the gate circuit part and transmits a starting signal, which initiates an operation of the gate circuit part, to the gate circuit part. A second signal wiring is formed at a side of the first signal wiring and transmits a control signal, which controls an output of the gate circuit part, to the gate circuit part. A first connection wiring is electrically connected between the gate circuit part and the second signal wiring. The first connection wiring is intersected with the first signal wiring. Therefore, a resistance of the wiring is increased to protect the gate circuit from static electricity.

    摘要: A level shifter and a display device having the same are provided. In a level shifter, a first transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a first driving voltage, and a source electrode receiving an input signal through an input terminal. A second transistor includes a drain electrode receiving the first driving voltage, and a source electrode electrically connected to a drain electrode of the first transistor through a first node. A third transistor includes a source electrode receiving a second driving voltage, a drain electrode electrically connected to a gate electrode of the second transistor through a second node, and a gate electrode receiving the input signal. A fourth transistor includes a drain electrode receiving the first driving voltage, a gate electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode of the first transistor through the first node, and a source electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode of the third transistor through the second node. An inverter inverts a signal outputted from the second node to apply the inverted signal to an output terminal.
