摘要: A spray gun (1) forms a desired spray pattern by atomizing by means of atomizing air (A) a spray liquid which is sprayed from a liquid ejection port (44) opened/closed by a needle valve (4), and jetting pattern air (P) to the flow of spray mist of the atomized spray liquid. A nozzle taper angle (θ1) is set in a range of 5° to 15°, and a cap taper angle (θ2) is set in a range of 20° to 40°. Atomizing air (A) is jetted from a nozzle insertion hole (58) toward the center of a nozzle (3). Pattern air (P) is jetted in a spreading suppressed region (R) wherein the flow of the spray mist does not spread over an area greater than or equal to a predetermined cross-sectional area, to the flow of spray mist, and as a result, the spray mist is more uniformly sprayed over a wide range.

摘要: A plate member (10) is mounted on a supporting frame (11). The periphery of the plate member (10) is firmly secured by a clamp (12) and a concave die-shaped lower pushing member (13) is caused to rise from below. The lower pushing member (13) is provided with a forming concave area (15) and a forming convex area (16). Disposed above the plate member (10) is a bar-shaped upper pushing member (20) which is lowered to push against the plate member (10). In such a condition, the plate member (10) is caused to rise together with the lower pushing member (13) and move in the directions of X and Y to form convex areas (17) and (18) within the forming concave area (15) and the forming convex area (16). The upper pushing member (20) is provided with a main body (21) of high rigidity and a flexible member (22). The flexible member (22) is formed in a hemispherical shape and made of material more elastic than the main body (21) which is made of hard polyurethane or the like, thereby making spherical contact with the plate member (10).

摘要: A route information input apparatus for specifying a route from an entraining station to an arrival station including a pointing device operated by the user to designate a position on a display screen and a data processing apparatus for executing a data processing in accordance with a program prepared in advance each time the user operates the pointing device to thereby change a displayed content on the display screen. On the basis of positional informations of major stations stored in a first file, a line diagram presented in the simplified form in which truly existing stations are partly omitted and in which the major stations are connected by means of line segments is displayed on a first area of the display screen. A group of station name data omitted from the line diagram displayed on the first area are selectively displayed on a second area of the display screen in the form of a table. Then, stations or lines selected from the first area or from the second area by the pointing device are sequentially stored as route specifying informations. As the route is specified, a display form is sequentially changed so that a route portion that was already specified and a line portion that can be selected next can be distinguished from other line portions with ease in the line diagram displayed in the second area.

摘要: An image processing apparatus that processes image data consecutively in the column and row directions has an image memory, a reading unit, a temporary memory and an operative unit. The image memory stores image data consecutively in column and row directions on a pixel unit basis. The reading unit reads from the image memory a series of pixels within one column at one row and at least one pixel adjacent to the one row in the column direction. The temporary memory sequentially stores a number of groups of pixels read from the reading unit as is necessary for image processing. The operation unit reads the values of an objective pixel and pixels necessary for a neighborhood operation of the objective pixel from the temporary memory, and subjects the values to a neighborhood operation to determine the output value of the objective pixel.
