摘要: A plate member (10) is mounted on a supporting frame (11). The periphery of the plate member (10) is firmly secured by a clamp (12) and a concave die-shaped lower pushing member (13) is caused to rise from below. The lower pushing member (13) is provided with a forming concave area (15) and a forming convex area (16). Disposed above the plate member (10) is a bar-shaped upper pushing member (20) which is lowered to push against the plate member (10). In such a condition, the plate member (10) is caused to rise together with the lower pushing member (13) and move in the directions of X and Y to form convex areas (17) and (18) within the forming concave area (15) and the forming convex area (16). The upper pushing member (20) is provided with a main body (21) of high rigidity and a flexible member (22). The flexible member (22) is formed in a hemispherical shape and made of material more elastic than the main body (21) which is made of hard polyurethane or the like, thereby making spherical contact with the plate member (10).

摘要: A magnetic slot wedge inserted in each slot of a stator core of a dynamo-electric machine so as to close an opening of each slot for preventing coils embedded in each slot from getting out of each slot is disclosed. The slot wedge includes a first thin non-magnetic sheet such as a polyester film having the thickness of several ten microns or an aromatic aramid paper, an amorphous sheet bonded to one of two faces of the first non-magnetic sheet opposite the other face facing a coil side in the condition that the wedge is inserted in each slot, and a second thin non-magnetic sheet bonded to the amorphous sheet so as to cover it. Each non-magnetic sheet has such dimensions that each non-magnetic sheet is projected from both ends and both side edges of the amorphous sheet.

摘要: A slot insulating magnetic wedge inserted into the vicinity of the center of an opening portion of a stator slot, the slot insulating magnetic wedge being contacted with an inner surface of the stator slot of a motor. The slot insulating magnetic wedge comprises a non-magnetic insulating thin leaf shaped material and a magnetic material layer laminated on at least one surface of the non-magnetic insulating thin leaf shaped material, the electric resistance of the magnetic material layer being in the range from 10 .mu..OMEGA..cm to 200 .mu..OMEGA..cm. The magnetic material layer comprises an amorphous magnetic alloy thin film, a Fe-based magnetic alloy thin ribbon having ultra fine crystalline particles, a crystalline magnetic alloy thin ribbon, a crystalline or amorphous magnetic alloy thin film produced by thin film forming technologies, or the like. The magnetic material layer with the electric resistance in the range from 10 .mu..OMEGA..cm to 200 .mu..OMEGA..cm is used as a magnetic wedge thereby to remarkably improve the efficiency of the motor. Since the construction of the magnetic wedge is simple and convenient, it can be easily manufactured and the reliability thereof can be remarkably improved.

摘要: One object of the invention is to provide a container for cooking foods that (1) enables cooking while maintaining an appropriate moisture content, even when the container is heated by an external heating means such as a microwave oven, and (2) can be opened easily. Another object is to provide a container that is equipped with a separate seasoning means that enables the foods to be seasoned automatically, without that needing to be done manually by a user, and for the seasoning means to be removed easily. The container, which is formed of a polyolefin-based sheet, comprises a container body and a cover and is provided with a pressure-releasing part whose adhesion strength is weak enough so that it can be opened by the vapor pressure that is generated inside the container when it is heated. Also provided is a packet that contains liquid seasoning and that can be opened by the vapor pressure that is generated by heating the container, so as to make the liquid seasoning flow out. The seasoning packet has a tab that can be gripped by a user's fingers, enabling said pack to be easily removed after seasoning and cooking.

摘要: When a gearshift command for a power-on/downshift or power-off/upshift mode is issued, the magnitude of a change in the engine rotational speed due to the gearshift is calculated from the vehicle speed or the engine rotational speed when the gearshift starts to be effected and the gear ratio of a gear position to be reached by the gearshift. If the magnitude of the engine speed change is large, then a hydraulic control pressure is lowered for a certain period of time to advance the timing of operating of a hydraulic pressure release valve to quickly disengage a previous-gear-position clutch. If the magnitude of the engine speed change is small, then the control pressure is increased to delay the timing of operation of the hydraulic pressure release valve to allow the previous-gear-position clutch to be disengaged after a next-gear-position clutch starts to be engaged.

摘要: A hydraulic clutch (40) for u se in an automotive automatic transmission includes a clutch drum (41) having a hydraulic pressure chamber (43), a piston (42) movably fitted in the clutch drum (41) in covering relation to the hydraulic pressure chamber (43), a pressure plate (45) disposed in confronting relation to a surface of the piston (42) remotely from the hydraulic pressure chamber (43), and interleaved drive and driven plates (46, 47) disposed in confronting relation to a surface of the pressure plate (45) remotely from the piston (42). The drive and driven plates (46, 47) are engageable with each other by the pressure plate (45) pressed by the piston (42) moved in response to a hydraulic pressure supplied to the hydraulic pressure chamber (43). An assisting member (44) is disposed between the piston (42) and the pressure plate (45) and comprises an annular array of rigid assisting levers (44a) and a retaining plate (44b) holding the assisting levers (44a) together. The assisting member (44) has a radially inner and pressable by the piston (42), a radially outer end held in engagement with the clutch drum (41), and a radially intermediate region engageable with a projection (45a) of the pressure plate (45). The assisting lever serves (44a) as a lever with the radially outer end as a fulcrum for boosting the force applied from the piston (42) and transmitting the boosted force to the pressure plate (45).

摘要: If the accelerator pedal condition is a power-on condition and the gearshift type is an upshift, or the accelerator pedal condition is a power-off condition and the gearshift type is a downshift, then a torque for engaging the next-gear-position gearshift means is established based on the engine torque to be transmitted from the engine to the next-gear-position gearshift means, and an inertia torque required to make the rotational speed of the input member of the next-gear-position gearshift means vary as desired with respect to the gearshift. If the accelerator pedal condition is a power-on condition and the gearshift type is a downshift, or the accelerator pedal condition is a power-off condition and the gearshift is an upshift, then the ratio between the rotational speeds of the input and output members of the next-gear-position gearshift means is detected. The torque for engaging the next-gear-position gearshift means is lowered after the gearshift is started until the detected rotational speed ratio reaches a predetermined value. After the detected rotational speed ratio has reached the predetermined value, the engaging torque is set to a vaslue large enough to engage the gearshift means.
