摘要: The invention relates to a gas/liquid separation column extending mainly along a vertical axis and comprising an external wall delimiting an internal space in which are arranged at least one first contact member in which the liquid and the gas are brought into contact and at least one dispensing device configured to collect the liquid resulting from the first contact member and to distribute it to a second contact member. At least one box for separating a two-phase fluid is arranged in the internal space of the column between the first contact member and the dispensing device against the wall of the column fed by a duct which passes through a wall of the separation box.

摘要: Heat exchanger with plates comprising a first series of passages for conducting at least one frigorigenic fluid and a second series of passages for conducting at least one calorigenic fluid, each passage being defined between two successive plates and extending parallel to a longitudinal axis, at least one mixing device arranged in at least one passage of the first series, said mixing device being configured to receive a liquid phase and a gaseous phase of the frigorigenic fluid and to distribute a mixture of said phases into said at least one passage. According to the invention, at least one passage of the second series adjacent to said at least one passage of the first series comprises a heat exchange structure divided in the longitudinal direction into at least a first portion and a second portion which are juxtaposed along the longitudinal axis, the second portion extending facing at least part of the mixing device, and being configured so as to present a heat exchange coefficient which is lower than the heat exchange coefficient of the first portion.

摘要: A method of installing a vaporizer in a remote manufacturing yard is provided. The method can include the steps of obtaining a lower stage and an upper stage of a vaporizer; obtaining a first column section and a second column section; installing the lower stage to a bottom head such that the lower stage is in fluid communication with an inner volume of the bottom head; installing the first column section over and around the lower stage and fitting and welding a bottom of the first column section to the bottom head; installing the upper stage; and installing the second column section and fitting and welding a bottom of the second course to the first course.

摘要: The invention relates to a heat exchanger for vaporizing a coolant fluid by heat exchange with a calorigenic fluid, said exchanger comprising several parallel plates defining a plurality of passages between them which are suitable for the coolant fluid or calorigenic fluid to flow, a first wave and a second wave extending between two successive plates so as to define a plurality of channels within the same passage, said first and second waves comprising two adjacent edges, at least one assembly member extending from one edge to the other so as to connect the waves to one another. According to the invention, the assembly member is forcibly engaged in at least one part of a channel of the first wave on one hand, and in at least one part of a channel of the second wave on the other hand.

摘要: A method for fabricating a distillation column in a remote location away from a permanent manufacturing facility is provided. In one embodiment, the method can include the steps of: forming a plurality of column sections each having a diameter D, each column section comprising a plurality of courses that have been horizontally welded together, wherein each course is comprised of two or more partial shells that have been vertically welded together, wherein each of the two or more partial shells was created by vertically rolling a rectangular plate having a length of at least ( 1 N π · D ) , wherein N is the number of partial shells used to form the course; installing a distributor and packing in each column section to form a plurality of packed column sections; and stacking the plurality of packed column sections to form a column.
