Abstract: Provided are a light controlling apparatus and a method of fabricating the same. The light controlling apparatus includes: a first electrode unit and a second electrode unit facing each other; a liquid crystal unit between the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit, the liquid crystal unit including a liquid crystal; a wall having a first polymer being polymerized from a first monomer the first monomer having a higher diffusion speed than a second monomer; and a network having a second polymer being polymerized from the second monomer, the second monomer having a lower diffusion speed than the first monomer.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel and a display device in which a reflective electrode layer having a pattern corresponding to a lower surface of a light-emitting element is disposed under the light-emitting element. Thus, light efficiency and light reflectance of an area corresponding to the light-emitting element are increased while a reflectance is lowered in an area other than the area corresponding to the light-emitting element. Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel and a display device in which one reflective plate has different areas with different light reflectance, such that an average reflectance of the reflective plate is lowered, while a light-emitting element is positioned in an area corresponding to a relatively high reflectance area, so that black reflection visibility can be improved while light efficiency and light reflectance can be optimized. The display panel includes a substrate; a reflective plate disposed on the substrate; and a light-emitting element disposed on the reflective plate, wherein the reflective plate includes a first reflective area and a second reflective area, wherein the first reflective area has a reflectance of light of a wavelength of 550 nm greater than a reflectance of light of a wavelength of 550 nm of the second reflective area, wherein at least a partial area of the light-emitting element overlaps the first reflective area.
