Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an ultra high resolution liquid crystal display having a compensation thin film transistor. The present disclosure provides an ultra high density liquid crystal display comprising: a gate line on a substrate; a first gate insulating layer on the gate line; a first semiconductor layer crossing the gate line on the first gate insulating layer; a second gate insulating layer on the first semiconductor layer; a second semiconductor layer crossing the gate line on the second gate insulating layer; an intermediate insulating layer on the second semiconductor layer; a data line connected to the first semiconductor layer on the intermediate insulating layer; and a drain electrode connected to the second semiconductor layer on the intermediate insulating layer.

Abstract: A touch sensing device comprises a display panel including a plurality of data lines and a plurality of sensor interconnection lines, the plurality of data lines connected to a plurality of pixels of the display panel, and the plurality of sensor interconnection lines connected to a plurality of touch electrodes of the display panel, each pixel including a plurality of sub-pixels that each display a distinct color. A pattern of sub-pixels is arranged in the display panel such that a same number of sub-pixels for each distinct color is arranged adjacent to a first side and adjacent to a second side of one or more of the plurality of sensor interconnection lines, each of the sub-pixels for each distinct color being adjacent to either the first side or the second side of a corresponding one of the sensor interconnection lines.

Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device can include a first pixel portion comprising a first thin-film transistor provided at the intersection between a first gate line and a first data line, and a first pixel electrode connected to the first thin-film transistor, and a second pixel portion comprising a second thin-film transistor provided at the intersection between a second gate line and the first data line, and a second pixel electrode connected to the second thin-film transistor, wherein the first pixel portion and the second pixel portion are arranged parallel to the first data line, and directions extended the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode are extended in such a direction as to face each other.
