Abstract: An array substrate for a display device is disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate comprising a plurality of subpixels, at least one of which is a white subpixel. The array substrate also includes an insulating layer disposed on the substrate in each of the subpixels and a plurality of color filter layers disposed on the insulating layer, each of the color filter layers being disposed respectively in a corresponding one of the subpixels. At least two of the color filter layers have a same color and are respectively disposed in the white subpixel and in at least one of the subpixels adjacent to the white subpixel.
