    Abstract: Disclosed is a display apparatus including a plurality of subpixels configured to include a light emission area, a planarization layer configured to include a plurality of light extraction patterns having a plurality of concave portions and protruding portions in each of the subpixels, a light emitting device layer at the planarization layer of each of the subpixels, and a bank layer disposed between the planarization layer and the light emitting device layer to open the light emission area in each of the plurality of subpixels, an end of the bank layer is disposed at the concave portion of the outermost light extraction pattern of at least one of the subpixels.

    Abstract: An array substrate for a display device is disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate comprising a plurality of subpixels, at least one of which is a white subpixel. The array substrate also includes an insulating layer disposed on the substrate in each of the subpixels and a plurality of color filter layers disposed on the insulating layer, each of the color filter layers being disposed respectively in a corresponding one of the subpixels.
