    Abstract: A robot cleaner includes a main body, and a wheel unit including a wheel configured to movably support the main body. The wheel unit is installed in a suspension unit and configured to be movable upward or downward. The suspension unit is configured to absorb impact when the wheel unit moves upward or downward, and is installed in a lifting unit coupled to the main body. The suspension unit is configured to be raised or lowered relative to the lifting unit. The lifting unit includes a lifting drive motor including a rotatable shaft disposed in parallel with a direction in which the suspension unit is configured to be raised or lowered, and a transmission unit configured to transmit a rotation force of the lifting drive motor to the suspension unit.

    Abstract: A moving robot includes a main body, a drive assembly moving the main body, and a cleaner head performing cleaning on a cleaning area in which the main body is positioned, wherein the drive assembly includes a plurality of pulleys, a motor connected to any one of the plurality of pulleys and generating a driving force, a belt rotated in contact with the plurality of pulleys, and a support shaft connected to some of the plurality of pulleys and changing a position of the pulley such that an area in which the belt is in contact with a ground or an obstacle is maintained to be equal to or greater than a reference area.

    Abstract: A robot cleaner configured to elastically deform a brush part using contact force between bristles and a floor and then restoring the brush part to vibrate the bristles, thereby improving cleaning performance. The robot cleaner includes a case that moves on a floor, a brush shaft mounted to the case such that the brush shaft rotates by driving force from a drive unit, an elastic member fixed to the brush shaft, the elastic member made of an elastic material, and a brush part fixed to the elastic member, the brush part having bristles, wherein the brush part generates generate vibration during deformation and restoration of the elastic member when external force is applied. The elastic member deforms due to contact force between the bristles and the floor and is then restored, and the brush part vibrates during deformation and restoration of the elastic member.
