    摘要: The present invention is directed to airless tires. Exemplary airless tires include a hub configured for attachment to an axle and includes a hub support extending away from the hub. Such exemplary airless tires also include a heel configured around the hub and connected at a distal end of the hub support, whereby the heel includes an elastomer base oriented in a ring around a circumference of the hub support. Such exemplary airless tires also include elastomeric tubes extending radially outward from the heel. Other exemplary airless tires include a centerless hub assembly configured for attachment to an axle and a heel configured around the centerless hub assembly. The heel in such exemplary airless tires includes an elastomer base oriented in a ring around a circumference of the centerless hub assembly. These other exemplary airless tires include elastomeric tubes extending radially outward from the heel.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a Mecanum wheel. The Mecanum wheel includes a spoke, a hub, and a plurality of rollers disposed on an outer edge of the spoke. The spoke includes a receiving space to house the hub. The Mecanum wheel further includes a cushioning member, one end of the cushioning member being connected to the spoke, and the other end of the cushioning member being connected to the hub. In response to receiving an impact force, the cushioning member deforms to cause a displacement change of the hub relative to the spoke.

Each spoke piece has a tread connecting portion, a hub connecting portion, and a spoke curved portion between the tread and hub connecting portions, each spoke piece has straight radial length LSb of at least 1.05 times straight radial length LSa and curved radial length LLb of at least 1.03 times LSb when positioned at 0° on coordinate around the tire axis where a perpendicular line extending vertically upward from the tire axis is set 0°, LSb is measured along the base line under base-load condition, LSa is measured along the base line under no-load condition, and LLb is measured along a curve of each spoke piece under the base-load condition.

    摘要: Wheel with an in-wheel suspension system, and suspension member thereof. Wheel includes: stationary member including an axis, rotary member rotatable about the axis, and selective suspension system. The selective suspension system has at least one suspension member positioned between the stationary member and the rotary member, thereby providing a fixed distance therebetween, and retains the fixed distance when stressed up to a threshold value, and recoverably alters the fixed distance when stressed over the threshold value. The suspension member includes: cylindrical housing, piston slidably movable in the cylindrical housing, and compression spring whose first end is connected to the piston and second end is connected to the housing. The compression spring, when fully relaxed or compressed under the threshold value, maintains the housing and piston at a normally fixed distance. Applicable to wheelchairs and bicycles, among other self-propelled and powered vehicles.

    摘要: A rubber-sprung wheel for rail vehicles includes a wheel tire which is connected to a wheel rim by a rubber insert that is formed by two flat rings that are arranged so as to be essentially vertical in relation to a wheel axle. The two flat rings are held, under considerable axial prestress, between an inner circumferential middle web of the wheel tire and two outer flanges of the wheel rim. At least one of the flanges is seated on the wheel rim with an interference fit that is designed as a conical press fit, such that a cone of the flange in a stress-free state has a lesser conicity than does a cone of the wheel rim, and in a pressed-on state rests on an entire surface against the cone of the wheel rim, at an even surface pressure across an entire width of the interference fit.
