Abstract: The present disclosure is to provide a structure for improving the image quality of a rotary display device by using an afterimage effect of a light source, comprising: a fixed module comprising a motor; a rotary module which comprises a plurality of LED bars having a plurality of LEDs mounted thereon, and is rotated by the motor; a control unit which controls the plurality of LED bars to output an image; and a location detection part that detects the locations of the plurality of LEDs according to rotation, wherein the control unit may output the image by synchronizing pixel output locations with the locations of the plurality of LEDS detected by the location detection part.
