Abstract: An air conditioner is provided that may include a setting unit to set a predetermined function to be embodied or displayed with lighting, a storing unit to store at least one illumination pattern information, a control unit to connect the function input by the setting unit to an illumination pattern stored in the storing unit, and a lighting unit to be lighted according to the illumination pattern information connected to the function by the control unit.
