Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a touch screen and a controller configured to control the touch screen to display a first information of a first application on a first window, control the touch screen to reduce a size of the first window and to output a second window including a list of one or more applications in response to a first input, wherein the second window does not overlap with the first window and is positioned at a region where at least part of the first window has been output before the size of the first window is reduced, receive a second input to select a second application from the list, and control, in response to the second input, the touch screen to display a second information of the second application on the second window in a state where the first information of the first application is still displayed on the first window. Further, the list disappears from the second window when the second information is displayed on the second window.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal provides a guide and feedback for a lock release operation to implement a gesture for a lock release operation at an arbitrary location and in various directions. A method of releasing a user interface lock state in a mobile terminal having a touch sensing display according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include setting the mobile terminal to a user interface lock state; detecting a contact with the touch sensing display at an arbitrary location on the touch sensing display; displaying a lock release region corresponding to the arbitrary location while maintaining a contact with the touch sensing display; displaying the movement of the contact in the lock release region;and switching the mobile terminal into a user interface lock release state when the movement of the contact in the lock release region satisfies a predetermined condition.

Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a wireless communication unit configured to provide wireless communication; a camera; a touchscreen; a memory; and a controller configured to receive a first user gesture indicating a readiness for capturing an image through the camera, receive a second user gesture after receiving the first user gesture for indicating the camera to capture the image, and capture the image after a predetermined time period from receiving the second user gesture.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal is provided that includes a display unit configured to display one or more windows at a time, and a controller configured to generate a first window and a second window separate from the first window when an event occurs in the first window. The controller is configured to control the display unit to display at least one of the first window and the second window. Methods for controlling the mobile terminal are also provided.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a main body configured to be worn on a user's wrist; a wireless communication unit configured to wirelessly communicate with a glasses-type terminal worn by the user, said glasses-type terminal including a camera configured to capture an image including operational data for operating an external apparatus; and a controller configured to receive including the operational data from the glasses-type terminal, store the operational data in a memory associated with the mobile terminal, and transmit a control signal to the external apparatus to control the external apparatus according to the stored operational data.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a wireless communication unit configured to provide wireless communication; a display unit; and a controller configured to display a screen corresponding to an application executed on the mobile terminal, display a graphic object on the display unit for changing a current setting of the mobile terminal while continuing to display the screen based on a current status of the mobile terminal, said current setting of the mobile terminal not matching a preferred setting of the mobile terminal for the application executed on the mobile terminal, receive a selection signal indicating a first touch selection of the graphic object, and change the current setting of the mobile terminal to the preferred setting of the mobile terminal based on the received first touch selection signal.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a wearable glass-type terminal including a body that is formed to be worn on a user's face, a wireless communication unit that is wirelessly connected to an input device and a plurality of output devices and configured to receive data from the input device and transmit data to the output devices, a camera that is mounted to the body and configured to detect one of the plurality of output devices, and a controller that is configured to control the wireless communication unit to transmit data received from the input device to the output device detected by the camera.
Abstract:
A terminal wearable by a user and a control method thereof are provided. The terminal includes: a body configured to wrap at least one region of a wrist and detachably formed; a sensing unit disposed in one surface of the body and configured to sense a movement of at least one of tendons passing through the wrist and the wrist; and a controller configured to generate a control signal for controlling an external device to execute a function previously matched to the sensed movement of the at least one of the tendons and the wrist.
