Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes: a tube panel module elongated in an up-down direction and including a plurality of first tube panels and second tube panels that are alternately arranged in a left-right direction; header panel modules respectively formed at an upper end and a lower end of the tube panel module and elongated in a left-right direction; and a header case having an open one side, providing a space therein, and covered on the one side by the cover module such that the first tube panels and the second tube panels communicate with the space, in which the first tube panel is formed by bonding a first panel and a second panel, the second tube panel is formed by bonding a third panel and a fourth panel, and the header panel module includes: a first header panel formed by bending both ends of the first panel and the second panel in opposite directions; and a second header panel formed by bending both ends of the third panel and the fourth panel in opposite directions and bonded to the first header panel between every first tube panel and second tube panel. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the efficiency of manufacturing a heat exchanger, manufacture a heat exchanger flexibly in a custom-made type in accordance with the size of a product having the heat exchanger, reduce tolerance due to brazing, and improve stability of a product.

Abstract: Provided is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including: an outdoor heat exchanger that has a height longer than a width; and an outdoor blowing fan that is disposed above the outdoor heat exchanger and blows air upward from below the outdoor heat exchanger, in which the outdoor heat exchanger includes: a plurality of radiating fins that contacts air; a gap that is formed between the radiating fins; a louver fin that is cut in the radiating fin and then bent; and a cut-out area that is formed in the radiating fin and formed at a position where the louver fin is cut, the radiating fin includes: a first zone that is disposed above the outdoor heat exchanger and disposed close to the outdoor blowing fan; and a second zone that is located below the first zone, and an area LA1 of the louver fin in the first zone is formed to be larger than an area LA2 of the louver fin in the second zone.
The present disclosure has the advantage of uniformly forming air volumes in each zone of the heat exchanger in the vertical height direction by making the areas of the louver fins arranged in each zone different, even when the outdoor blowing fan is disposed to be biased upward.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising: a plurality of fin tubes which have heat transfer fins integrally formed with tubes in which a refrigerant flows; and a header which is coupled to the respective one end portions of the plurality of fin tubes. The header may comprise: a header main body which has one side opened; and a sheet which is disposed on the open one side of the header main body, has formed therein a plurality of slits having the respective one end portions of the plurality of fin tubes respectively inserted therein, and forms a plurality of corrugated portions by being bent into a corrugated shape. Accordingly, the respective one ends of the fin tubes are inserted into the sheet having the corrugated portions formed, and then the corrugated portions of the sheet are compressed, thereby enabling the narrowing of gaps between the fin tubes and the header, and thus, by increasing tight adhesion between the fin tubes and the sheet, tolerance may be reduced, and a leakage of the refrigerant may be reduced. In addition, when inserting the fin tubes, intervals between the corrugated portions formed on the sheet are widened so as to enable the fin tubes to be easily inserted, and thus an advantage is also achieved of enabling easy product assembly.
