Abstract: The present invention provides an AR service platform for providing an AR service. The path providing device includes a communication unit configured to receive from a server a high-definition map that is divided into a plurality of tiles and a processor configured to generate forward path information based on the high-definition map, the forward path information being configured, based on a destination being set in the vehicle, to guide the vehicle along a path on which the vehicle is most likely to travel up to the destination, wherein the processor is configured to calculate a communication speed of the server by comparing a data reception amount received from the server to a data request amount requested to the server, and to update the forward path information based on the communication speed.
