    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a lighting device structure that can increase the degree of freedom of a light emitting surface and realize an effect of changing the shape and the three-dimensional feeling of light and there is provided a lighting device including a light guide layer in which light exit surfaces are formed on one surface and on the other surface opposite to the one surface; a light emitting module that is embedded in the light guide layer and disposed at an outer periphery of a light exit surface of the light guide layer; and a light-transmitting printed circuit board that mounts an light emitting device on the light emitting module and is disposed under the light guide layer.
