摘要: A lighting arrangement 10 is described with an LED element 30. A reference frame part 14 comprises a frame opening 26 bordered by frame edges 28a, 28b, 28c, 28d. The LED element 30 is arranged such that light is emitted through the frame opening 26 and is partially shielded at least at a first frame edge 28b. The reference frame part further comprises reference portions 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d to define positions relative to the frame 5 opening. A first reference portion 20a, 20b is provided on a first surface portion of the reference frame part 14 arranged parallel to a light emitting surface 38 of the LED element 30. A second reference portion 20c is arranged on a second surface portion of the reference frame part 14 arranged perpendicular to the first surface portion. A third reference portion 20d is arranged on a third surface portion of the reference frame part 14 arranged 10 perpendicular to both the first and second surface portions. An optical element 12 for shaping an illumination beam 42 from light emitted from the LED element 30 through the frame opening 26 is arranged to be in contact with the reference frame part 14 at the first, second and third reference portions 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d to define a position of the optical element relative to the frame opening 26.

摘要: The invention relates to an optical arrangement including LED lighting elements arranged on a support surface. An optical axis X extends from the support surface. A first collimator unit includes at least one support element and first collimator elements. The support element is supported on the support surface between at least two of the LED lighting elements. The first collimator elements are arranged in front of the LED lighting elements in the direction of the optical axis X to collimate light emitted from the LED lighting elements. A second collimator unit is arranged in front of the first collimator unit in the direction of the optical axis X. The second collimator unit includes second collimator elements arranged in front of the first collimator elements to collimate light emitted therefrom.

摘要: A lighting module comprises a heat sink with a body portion and a protrusion portion protruding from the body portion into a forward direction. An LED element is mounted on a mounting surface of the protrusion portion. The mounting surface is arranged facing partially backwards and forming an angle of 5-45° to the forward direction. An electrical plug connector is provided within the body portion's cavity and is electrically connected to the LED element. In the lighting system, a reflector assembly comprises a concave reflector with an inner reflector space. A lighting module is arranged such that its protrusion portion projects into the inner reflector space. Light emitted from the LED element is reflected by the reflector. The body portion is arranged outside of the reflector space. The lighting module may be replaced by separating the lighting module from the reflector assembly and providing a new lighting module.

摘要: A lighting arrangement and a method of forming an illumination beam are described. A plurality of LED lighting elements is operable to emit light. A plurality of collimator elements is arranged to collimate light emitted from the LED lighting elements. A first projection element is arranged to project light emitted from the collimator elements onto a spatially controllable reflector element. The spatially controllable element comprises a plurality of reflector elements adjustable between a first and a second position. In the first position, the light is reflected into the direction of a second projection element to form a projected illumination beam. In the second position, light is reflected into a different direction to not contribute to the projected illumination beam.

摘要: A lighting system and a method of operating a lighting module are described. The lighting module includes a heat sink a first LED element mounted on the heat sink emits light as a low beam pattern. A second LED element mounted on the heat sink emits light as a high beam pattern. A driver circuit electrically connected to the first and second LED elements to selectively supply electrical power for operation. The driver circuit is disposed to operate in a first and a second mode. In the first mode, to provide a low beam illumination, the first LED element is operated in a high power state while the second LED element is turned off. In the second mode, to provide a high beam illumination, the second LED element is operated in a high power state, while the first LED element is operated in a dimmed state.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a lighting device comprising light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes arranged on a substrate. The object to provide a lighting device comprising multiple light-emitting elements and light guides, wherein the thermal sensitivity of the lighting device is reduced in a particularly simple manner, is solved in that the lighting device comprises: a lens with a light entry side and a light exit side; light guides, each light guide being arranged in optical contact to at least one of the light-emitting elements and being configured to guide light emitted by the at least one of the light-emitting elements towards the light entry side of the lens; and a transparent stabilizer element being arranged in mechanical contact to the light exit side of the lens, wherein the transparent stabilizer element is configured to define the shape of the light exit side of the lens at least in regions. The invention further refers to a method for producing a lighting device.
