摘要: The present invention relates to NGAL immunoassays and kits, and to methods of using glycosylated mammalian NGAL and antibodies that bind to mammalian NGAL in immunoassays and kits. Among other things, the methods and kits can be employed to determine the amount of human NGAL monomer in a test sample, as well as to determine the proportion of human NGAL monomer to human NGAL dimer contained in a test sample.
