The torque sensor has an envelope tube, a middle tube, a transmission axle, a resilient element connected to the middle tube and the transmission axle, a first disc and a second disc respectively attached to the transmission axle and the middle tube, and a detection unit detecting displacement angles of the second disc and the first disc to calculate torques applied to the transmission axle and to drive the power-assisted bicycle according to the torque. The torque sensor assembly has a simple structure, fast, sensitive and accurate torque sensing ability, and can easily be assembled to all kinds of power-assisted bicycles.

    摘要: An electric device for a bicycle has a casing, a pedal shaft, a motor shaft, a rotor assembly, a stator assembly, a gear assembly, a chain wheel and a control unit. Because a normal of the circuit board of the control unit is parallel to the motor shaft, the circuit board can be axially adjacent to a side surface of the rotor assembly to detect the rotor assembly. Thus, one single circuit board can detect the rotor assembly as well as maintain electric connection with other components, thereby saving space and reducing the volume of the casing. As the casing has a reduced volume, interference with the rear wheel can be avoided.

    摘要: A straw-loosening-prevention lid has a body and a straw part. The straw part has a through hole, multiple abutting fins, a straw hole, a closing flake and multiple connecting contacts. Since the straw hole is surrounded by the abutting fins, a diameter of the straw hole can be smaller than a diameter of a straw. When the straw is inserted downward into the straw hole, the abutting fins are pushed by the straw, are bent downward and then clamp the straw. Afterward, when the straw is going to move upward, the friction force between the straw and the abutting fins makes the abutting fins bend upward to the original angle and clamp the straw more tightly. As a result, the straw clamped by the abutting fins is hard to move upward, which prevents the straw from slipping out easily.

    摘要: A wiring frame, a motor stator, and a motor applying them are disclosed. The wiring frame is formed of an annular tray structure. A top surface of the wiring frame is formed, from inside to outside, with at least three guide channels that correspond, in number, to phases and are separated from each other. Further, the wiring frame includes a plurality of through holes, which communicate inside and outside, respectively formed in bottoms of the guide channels. As such, at least three conductive wires are allowed to extend through the through holes in the bottom of the wiring frame directly into the corresponding ones of the guide channels for winding, so as to ensure that the conductive wires of different phases are separated from each other to eliminate erroneous contact therebetween and thus enhance operation safety.     摘要: A three-stage speed-change mechanism includes a casing in an interior of which a drive assembly, an input assembly, and an output assembly are arranged. The input assembly includes a transmission shaft driven by the drive wheel. An initial transmission wheel is mounted no a middle section of the transmission shaft. A first speed-change assembly and a second speed-change assembly are respectively arranged on two sides of the initial transmission wheel. The output assembly includes an output shaft, which is provided with an initial driven wheel and first and second speed-change wheels respectively mating the initial transmission wheel and the first and second speed-change assemblies. The initial driven wheel and the first speed-change wheel are respectively mounted by a first one-way bearing and a second one-way bearing on the output shaft. As such, a three-stage speed-change function is realized.
