A metal-containing chabazite zeolite, which has an FTIR peak area ratio between the peak at 900-1300 cm−1 (Si—O—Si asymmetric stretch) and the peak at 765-845 cm−1 (˜805 cm−1 is Si—O—Si symmetric stretch) of at least 55. A method for preparing metal-containing CHA zeolites with high SCR activity at low reaction temperatures from alkali cation-free reaction mixtures that contain the three OSDA structures: metal-polyamine, N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantyl ammonium (TMAda+) and TMAOH. The metal-containing CHA zeolites produced by the disclosed method can be identified by XRD, FTIR spectroscopy, FT-VIS spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. A method of selective catalytic reduction of NOx in exhaust gas using the material described herein is also disclosed.

The present invention provides a system and method for economically using compressed air as automobile power source, comprising: a compressed air power device, which includes automobile air storage tubes (1) to store a sufficient amount of high-pressure compressed air and a cylinder-combined engine consisting of the first and second cylinders (9)(10), and which can make full use of the compressed air to produce driving power; a mechanism to produce, store and provide high-pressure compressed air, which includes a boiler-type high-pressure compressed air producing and storing device, abbreviated as boiler-type HCAPS device (4), to be able to use electricity during periods of low energy demand (off-peak) such as at night simultaneously recovering the by-produced heat for central heating, and pressurizing and inflating into the automobile air storage tubes (1) during daytimes; brake energy recovery and regeneration devices, which include a spring reserving-releasing device and/or a compressed air reserving-releasing device to save the compressed air in the automobile air storage tubes (1) for saving the driving power; an inner gear ring assembly, which includes an inner gear ring (2) gearing meshing with inner acting gears (45), with the first and second accelerating gears (72)(92), with a flywheel front inner meshing gear (48) and reset gears (46), for transmitting torque and mixing/outputting power; some clutch transmission devices and a controller, which controls orderly coordinated operation of devices and mechanisms.

The present disclosure relates to the field of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and more particularly to a sheet metal part for an LCD device, an LCD device, and a method for manufacturing a sheet metal part for an LCD device. The sheet metal part comprises an inner hole flange, the flange comprises an internal thread, and a circumference of a cross section of the inner hole comprises at least one protrusion protruding to a direction of a center of circle of cross section of the inner hole. The sheet metal part for the LCD device of the present disclosure comprises the inner hole flange. The flange comprises the internal thread, and the circumference of the cross section of the inner hole comprises at least one protrusion protruding to the direction of the center of circle of cross section of the inner hole. The protrusion changes a shape of the inner hole, so that the inner hole is not a complete circular hole any more. After tapping the standard internal thread on the flange, the thread tooth of the protrusion is deep, thereby bearing much torsion; the thread teeth of other parts are shallow, the thread wall is thick; thus, the strength of the inner hole is increased, thereby improving the locking reliability of the thread of the inner hole on the whole.

Each daughter light guide plate disposes two locating posts respectively on two sides thereof, which can be engaged with the connection member to make the two daughter light guide plates be interconnected so that forming one large area light guide plate. The present invention also relates to a backlight display module. The light guide plate and the backlight module of the present invention has a less manufacture difficulty and a low transportation cost and can realize the use of the large area light guide plate, so that avoiding the problems of the large area light guide plate being difficult to be manufactured and having the high transportation cost in the prior art.

Various fuel injection systems and fuel injectors are disclosed that provide varying cooling rates for fuel injectors connected in series to fuel supply and drain rail. The local cooling rate for each injector is manipulated to balance the heat flux or heat transfer across the injectors disposed along the rail. The cooling rates may be manipulated by varying sizes of openings or slots in the nozzle case, by varying annular spaces disposed between the nozzle case and the portion of the injector body that houses the actuator and solenoid assembly, and by varying the size of annular spaces disposed between the nozzle case and the cylinder head. Strategic placement of slots in the nozzle case that direct more flow at the portion of the injector body that houses the actuator and solenoid assembly may also be employed. As a result, the operating temperatures of fuel injectors connected in series to a fuel rail can be manipulated and moderated so the downstream injectors are not prone to overheating.
